My mom and i went in while they had a HUGE order from another restaurant! The 3 employees there were incredibly helpful and attentive while managing so many other tasks! They let us sample some of their meat and answered all of our questions quickly! They were so knowledgeable on everything! great service while having so many tasks at had:))

Went in to get food and they had flys crawling all over the bread spoke to cashier and did nothing about it and then serving that same bread to customers disregarding food safety standards.

I go to this Jersey Mike's pretty regularly and at this point I just have to say something. My online orders are almost never ready on time. Most of the time they are at minimum 10 minutes late, I have had some this year that have been over 30 minutes late. And the staff just don't care. They show no efficiency, no urgency, and for the most part are not very friendly. I have seen many customers in the reviews here complain about this, and the response from Jersey Mike's is that they will address it with the management staff. Let me tell you, that has not done anything. Please get with your staff. Figure it out. It shouldn't take that long to make a sandwich when it's ordered in advance. It would be so helpful if we could just receive what we ordered on time without issue.

Big jersey mikes fan. Best subs in town AND of course #1 thing we love and appreciate is the gluten free bread option. 🙌🏻 they get a lotttt more business offering gf than other sandwhich shops that don’t. Love that.

However- 2 times in the last couple of months I ordered a gf sub as usual and not until I arrived to pick up did they tell me they were out of gf bread. Well, I can’t have anything else due to allergy so cancelled my order and left. Happened again about 3 weeks later. Big bummer to market something and usually have it but then run out of it what seems consistently now.
Also- my husband now says when we order online that he will leave to pick it up 40 mins AFTER the ready time the app gives when you order. When he gets there 40 mins late, 8/10 our order still isn’t even started yet. 40 mins after the ready time they gave us 😂 pretty wild. Very slow. Need more employees or training or something? A few of the employees I’ve watched stand there and kind of stare around, and slowly make the sandwhich stopping every 2 or 3 steps to visit with coworkers and joke and do something different. Does not help the situation.

This visit left a lot on the table.. Alyssa was rude and unaccommodating to dietary requests, also frequently disappearing in the back when the kid working assembly is struggling to keep up. Guy assembling juiced the sandwich despite me saying no juice twice, didn’t offer to remake it, literally just said “oops”. Girl running the register was kind and friendly - only reason this review is getting a second star.
