The food is good the Service.
Is good But the music is so loud. You can't even take.

Meh, the store came into Idaho swinging their giant meat-packed sandwiches, but now that they have been in town a while, it looks like the sandwich down the street, Jimmy John's. Kind of a bummer since we paid $16+ for it. Could have gotten it for half as much.

I had such a great experience at this store Nicole the manager was so friendly and helped me right away. They were so quick and made my sandwich with such quality . The produce at this store is top tier,best tomatoes and lettuce and the meat was so juicy. Kenzie makes the best southwestern cheesesteak. Such a nice staff highly recommend this store !

Ordered online. 45 minutes have past the 45 minute lead time window. Was told it would’ve been better to walk-in and stand in line. I’m trying to be positive and understanding but this is like an episode of Seinfeld. You can take orders but you can’t fill orders. And really it’s the filling of the order that’s important. Anybody can just take orders. But filling the order. That’s what’s important.

Finally got our food. 55 minutes past the time it was supposed to be fulfilled. Slapped together Cheese not melted no sauce.

Nicole did a great job and made a great sandwich! Recommended grilling the top bun with oil and oregano! It was really good. Nice meat to topping ratio!

Good sandwiches but I've gotten a stomach bug within 30 minutes the past 2 times I've eaten from this location. Might be time for a health inspection or something.

No seating, cash only, poor management, sandwiches overloaded with oil & vinegar.Our food was made and the manager went to the back to eat, another employee was filling sauces, and the last one was making another sandwich. I'm standing there waiting with the other two employees just glancing at me. Can someone cash me out so I can go? Wow

Never yet run across a bad Jersey Mike's. Glad to have one so close to my neighborhood- way better than the average Subway IMHO. Good experience at this location: fast, friendly service and a quality sammich. The manager was working herself, monitoring her staff's work, and giving occasional direction to her staff as needed. Good to see.
