Placed an delivery order, didn’t receive my three bags of chips, called the store to ask if they had forgotten them, manager that answered was no polite didn’t even ask me to bring in my receipt after I’d offered to bring in the order. I didn’t tip on the app since I was going to pay tip with cash guess they didn’t like that? Offered for them to come into my house to check for the chips. Over all highly unsatisfied with manager on duty customer service. Never had a problem with Jimmy John’s service until now.

Apparently they decided to keep my order and not deliver it...I called to check on my order an hour after I placed it and they said the address was incorrect, even though it's never been changed and I have never had this problem with the numerous other times I have ordered from them. The person I spoke to was very rude and said I just have to take his word that I will get my money back. Worst experience, now I have to figure out something for my daughter and I to have for dinner and I just had surgery...
P.S. I never got my money back, they stole my food and my money...

I ordered a giant Italian sub in store and asked for onions on half. They informed me that they couldn’t do that. I have never had a jimmy John’s tell me they can’t do onions on half of a sandwich and I order pretty consistently for work and personal. There was no one else in the store waiting or in line…not busy at all.

Food was good. But the tables were literally all covered in crumbs and bits of lettuce. Was very uncomfortable for me and my boyfriend. Didn't really want to sit anywhere in there while we ate. Decided to leave and eat elsewhere.

for their catch phrase being 'freaky fast', this was pathetic. i dont know if theyre just understaffed or what, but i was sitting in the drive thru for nearly half an hour. half that time was at the speaker, and when i gave up and drove up to the window i was told the only person with a headset was on a phone call? and once i got my order in it still took forever to get my food. i just think this location needs to get itself properly staffed. the people there were nice, but they seemed stressed. be kind to your employees and dont overwork them.

It’s been almost two hours after I ordered my sandwich for delivery and they still haven’t showed up, even after calling them.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, these are the best sandwiches ever. I have been to several locations across several states and have never had a bad experience or bad food. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Love eating here!
