Placed an order online, after 30 minutes it was marked delivered. After giving them 10 more minutes i called the store and a young man told me his driver had marked it delivered but returned to the store with it. Then he said he driver just left and was on his way. Here we are 30 minutes after that conversation and 1 hour and ten minutes after placing the order still no order delivered. Horrible service!

I placed an order on the app for delivery. I made sure to select the right address before proceeding, however the app switched to an address I haven’t used in months before I paid which I didn’t realize. This isn’t the first time this happened to me which I understand is not the employees fault. The problem is when I tried to call this store to cancel the order, I got message saying “this number is not in service.” I tried calling another jimmy John’s location to see if maybe their phones were down, but the call went through just fine. I can only assume they unplugged the phones because they didn’t want to answer customer calls. Maybe this isn’t the case, but I should be able to cancel my order if there is a glitch on their end.

Ordered food for pickup. Cashier was very friendly and cheerful. My food was ready when I pulled up.It literally took less than a minute. Sandwiches were made exactly as I requested and they were delicious!

Now uses Uber to deliver a cold inedible toasted sandwich over an hour late and never answers the phone to discuss.

Placed an delivery order, didn’t receive my three bags of chips, called the store to ask if they had forgotten them, manager that answered was no polite didn’t even ask me to bring in my receipt after I’d offered to bring in the order. I didn’t tip on the app since I was going to pay tip with cash guess they didn’t like that? Offered for them to come into my house to check for the chips. Over all highly unsatisfied with manager on duty customer service. Never had a problem with Jimmy John’s service until now.

Apparently they decided to keep my order and not deliver it...I called to check on my order an hour after I placed it and they said the address was incorrect, even though it's never been changed and I have never had this problem with the numerous other times I have ordered from them. The person I spoke to was very rude and said I just have to take his word that I will get my money back. Worst experience, now I have to figure out something for my daughter and I to have for dinner and I just had surgery...
P.S. I never got my money back, they stole my food and my money...

I ordered a giant Italian sub in store and asked for onions on half. They informed me that they couldn’t do that. I have never had a jimmy John’s tell me they can’t do onions on half of a sandwich and I order pretty consistently for work and personal. There was no one else in the store waiting or in line…not busy at all.
