The wrap was much smaller than is standard at other Jimmy John’s locations. Was informed this variance in size was normal, and was charged full price for half the food.

I’m so disappointed in my sandwich tonight! It was completely covered in oil! So much that the bread soggy and the lettuce was completely wilted! I’m usually really happy with my sandwich from this location, this time is a different story. I feel like I wasted my money had to throw most of it way!

My husband and frequently dine in at this JJ location. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff. They’re always friendly and helpful. While I’m a creature of habit my husband tends to be on the more adventurous side trying new sandwiches. Each of the guys are so helpful in offering up their favorites and suggestions. My only wish is their delivery territory stretched to 10 Mile and Chinden!

Of all the fast food joints in the area, this is the only one that I don’t think I’ve ever had an order get messed up with.We’ve got a bunch of kids, so our orders are huge and often complex. I get it’s tough. But JJs consistently delivers great flavors and correct orders for a reasonable-ish price.Not the absolute best sandwiches. Not the cheapest. But they are fast, consistent, and tasty. We will keep coming for years I’m sure.

Writing this while 1.5 hours into a delivery request. Called multiple times for a delivery update and could only be told that “he’s on his way”. No eta given and could not get any answers on why it was taking so long. Used to really enjoy their sandwiches but will no longer be wasting my time with Jimmy John’s.

Employees are incompetent. Couldn't clearly explain why mayo can not be added for an extra $ in a slim. Or tell me that a little John would have been cheaper than explaining why a Slim can not have mayo. Look man, I don't work here, you're supposed to know the menu and thoroughly understand the policy. Not, this is just how it is. Sometimes, explaining to a customer " Hey the Slim doesn't have any options for add-ons, our apologies; but the little John would be a little cheaper and could come with your condiments". I had no idea that I could do that for cheaper, I thought it would be more. Regardless, I had Ordered 4 sandwiches, and they forgot the cheese on the slim! ?‍♀️. Forgot to give me mayo packs and my debit card until I had to ask for them back. And, of course, no napkins. Lovely for a mom with 2 kids.

Jimmy John's used to be good. You know, their "freaky fast" delivery deal. I ordered a sandwich on the phone from the Overland store in Meridian, and more than an hour later called to find out where the sandwich was. She told me it was delivered - right, that's why I was calling to find out where it was. I don't do the online thing through them anymore because TWICE I placed online orders for that specific store and waited for the delivery and then found out the order went to some other store on the other side of town, and they just ignored it without contacting me. So I started calling in the orders direct. OBVIOUSLY, that doesn't help. The sandwiches are "pretty good", but not at all worth this kind of headache for a sandwich.

Went inside, and they have some totally loud thumping and horrible devil music playing. Had to ask for it to go. Three young girls pierced and tattooed everywhere play God awful music.
