Had their triple deli trio today. Over a year ago their food and service was five star, then they closed. Was happy to see that they’re open again. Sadly, this was the worst deli sandwich I’ve ever had in my 74 years. Service was bad as well.

Extremely slow service and the food was very subpar for the price. The food by no means looks as advertised or taste that good. Will not be coming back

We showed up at 7:30 and they close at 8. Their ‘open’ sign was already off and the chairs were put up. We went in the door and they said that they were “out of product” before we had a chance to order. So we had to leave. But yet our family member that ordered five minutes before got their online order. Such a lame place! Don’t go if you don’t go before they “close” early.

Tried to get dinner here on 12/28 and was met with horrible service by what seemed like pure laziness. We got there 25 minutes before close, which I understand isn’t a lot of time, but I’ve worked in the food industry a long time to know how these things go. We came to both pickup a mobile order for our family member and get some more for us. At 7:35 they had the open sign off, chairs up and told us they were out of everything, yet the mobile order we grabbed for our other family member came out no problems, with multiple sandwiches and fries. It’s not hard to see they just didn’t feel like getting out more ingredients to prep for the sandwiches and trying to get out by 8. If I were the owner, I know I’d be very upset that my employees lost out on the business of 5 more customers just cause they didn’t feel like doing their job. Very unprofessional

My family was nearby and asked if I wanted to try Jon Smith Subs. I decided to try the Cuban sandwich without cheese. This is the saddest sandwich I've ever seen. Based on the pictures provided by the restaurant, I am missing meat. The last time I was going to try them they were closed down. I wonder why.

We used to visit John Smith's at this location a few times a week under the previous ownership. They closed near the end of October 2023.
The location has now reopened under new ownership, but we have mixed feelings about the quality of the food and other aspects.
The bacon on their BLT doesn't taste as good as it used to. We're not sure if they're using a different brand or if they've changed the way it's grilled. They now offer only one size of fries, whereas they used to have small, medium, and large. This seems to be a local decision because the main John Smith's website still shows other sizes available. They don't taste as good as they did under previous ownership. The Gator and Hot Pastrami sandwiches have less meat and other ingredients than we were used to with the previous owner. They used to have fry sauce on the tables, but now they provide a very small container of fry sauce. They will give you more if you ask, but it's inconvenient to ask when they're busy cooking or taking orders, so we have to wait. They used to have wheat bread, but now the only option is white. One thing that hasn't changed is the friendly and courteous staff, which does bring us back occasionally, but not as frequently as before.

The food is very delicious. This is my second time here and I recommend if you’re looking for a sandwich shop come give these guys a try!!!
But the one thing that stood out above all else is the service hands-down!!!
I didn’t catch the owners name, but the owner and the staff here are absolutely phenomenally amazing people!!! You don’t really see that kind of customer service very often. I would definitely give this 10 out of 10 for customer service.
