We've ordered from here before through door dash and always got great sandwiches and the fries were a must have. Leaving a positive review because I'm surprised to see they're closed till further notice. But why is that?

Ordered subs Saturday evening for pick-up Sunday morning as I was having company over and that's what I was providing for lunch. Received the order confirmation and the charge on my credit card. Arrived at the store for pick-up and there is a note on the door stating they are "closed until further notice". So, of course, you wouldn't charge me for the order, right? Wrong. I've now gone to the store twice, called multiple times per day for the past 4 days, and submitted a contact form on their corporate company page. They don't have a voicemail set up locally and don't list a corporate phone number so I can't leave a message, and neither the local or corporate-level teams have reached out. Not a great first impression to say the least. Certainly didn't want to resort to a public platform to resolve this, but apparently that's what it's coming to.

Soooo good! The bread somehow stays beautifully soft but doesn't get soggy from the juice. We tested it by picking up and taking home. We recommend the Gator and the Steak Bomb. The only flaw I have experienced is the phone number on Google doesn't get answered. But ordering online worked out perfectly. ?

To the owner or manager of this establishment. I've eaten here many times and the food has been great...but recently it has been hit or miss, this may be do to the shortage of workforce. I came in on 9 30 23 ordered 4 sandwiches and 3 fries. 2 sandwich were ruebens which had little meat, the wrong bread, yellow mustard and sweet pickles...not very appetizing. The other 2 sandwiches had very little meat, pretty much ate bread. I don't blame the employee for he is new and working by himself. I really don't know if I'll be back.

Food was pretty good but the tables were filthy. The service wasn't that great but not his fault as he was taking orders, cooking, and running the cash register. Way too much for one person to do. That left zero time for cleaning up the tables. Also there were a couple of health code violations because one person isn't physically capable of taking orders, cooking, accepting and handling cash and then running back to cook without burning the food. The (wash hands step after handling cash) was consistently being missed.

Had one cook taking care of whole operation. Other customer said he had been waiting 50 minutes. The cook ignored us the first 10 minutes we were here.

looked like they're understaffed today. got two sandwiches to go took about 35-40 min got home and opened the sandwich bread was stale and basically disintegrated and fell all over the place didn't hold in the other ingredients in the sandwich. I'll chalk it up this time to not being able to get decent help for the service of their products.

Food was great. But the dining room was so dirty. The ketchup and fry sauce was clean but even the salt shaker felt grimy. Napkin containers and chairs, write your name in the grim.

We are from South Florida where Jon Smith originated. This is NOT the same at all. Bread fell apart- fries are not the same- and the meat is so salty- we could not finish. This name should not be associated with the Jon Smith we know and love back home. I don’t know what this is supposed to be.

This was my 1st time. I had the tuna on wheat 12", with the works. The bread was a bit stale, not much tuna in the sub as compared to competitor. Staff was nice, and service was prompt. They have an outdoor area with umbrellas which is nice. I'll give it another try cause I want to help local biz. Hopefully get a better experience.
