I have never experienced so much frustration with a company in my life. Their communication has been very poor. We had them cater our wedding and they showed up 15 minutes late and they left an hour early during dinner, which led to some of the guests not eating. They charged us more that what was originally set. And to top it off their truck when leaving made beeping noises that drowned out my mother in laws toast in the recordings. I have expressed this to one of the managers and I was told that since it’s already been paid for there’s nothing for him to do. Then when I requested to speak to the owners I had a different manager reach out but I have not heard back at all. Again very poor communication. I will never recommend them especially for something as special as a wedding.

We went here two weeks in a row and the shrimp tacos were amazing! We came back a third and fourth time and were disappointed both times. It seems the shrimp were refried twice just to warm them up(which dried them out and way too much batter) and the tortillas were stale and old. Not worth the $6 per taco.

Godspeed to my brothers and sisters at Kanak attack. Do ya’ll see this chicken katsu?!? It’s crispy and juicy, plus they have generous portions of the Mac and rice on the side.

We got poke, brisket and tacos from the food truck and it was all AMAZING! The spicy Ahi poke bowl in particular is outstanding.
Make sure to get some of the canned Hawaiian Sun juices, they are *very* hard to find on the mainland!
Staff is awesome and quick to get your food out!

Aloha, awoon d'bshemaya I've been a Kanak fan for years and I follow them everywhere from Green Acres, Treefort Festival and their pop ups. They're food is delicious, their service has so much Aloha and bringing the taste of the island to Idaho is just amazing!

Kanak catered my daughter’s wedding in McCall, and everything was perfect!
The deliciousness of the food exceeded my expectations. We so appreciated the option for a Northwest type menu, and loved the huckleberry salmon! We also appreciated the affordability. I highly recommend Kanak!

Tried the poke. Terrible. If you can even fit the massive chunks into mouth.

Tried Hawaiian bbq. Not authentic or good.

Kanak Attack Catering was absolutely amazing for our party. The owner is very responsive, and helpful with suggestions on what and how much to order. The catering set up was beautifully done and we appreciated the clean up help as well! The food was impeccable! Highly recommend Kanak Attack Catering for your next event

K Attack catered our smallish wedding and it was an overall positive experience. The taste test was generous and mainly accurate. The caterer showed up early on the wedding day and set up efficiently and quickly. The caterer was polite and easy to work with. The pork was salty but the rest of the food was great, including the desserts, lemonade, and sauces. There were plenty of leftovers and the caterer helped the venue staff clean up the kitchen.

A few caveats though. The office was difficult to communicate with remotely and we had to go in person to finalise the contract. Additionally, the leftovers were packaged in flimsy tins which were easily dropped (this happened to the wonderful chicken 🙁).

Food was good at the Cascade food truck but they started up the rig’s diesel engine and let it run just as they delivered my order to the outdoor table. No one wants to listen to or smell diesel when they eat…especially with tacos at this high price. I wanted to support something new and local but unfortunately, I won’t be back.

They were an hour late to the scheduled event, and did not bring enough food for the amount of people we listed. This was a scheduled event, and doesn’t seem very hard to mess up. Extremely disappointed.

This was the second time we used Knack Attack for our Luau Fundraiser. They were SPECTACULAR!! The food was SO delicious! The staff, exceptional! There was plenty of food and people were really filling up their plates! No one went away unhappy or hungry. I’ve heard so much great feedback from the guests about the quality of the food!! I highly recommend Knack Attack for any catering service you need!!

Stopped by Kanack Attack at Green Acres and had such a great experience. The food was seriously delicious — but what really stood out was the service. Destyn was super welcoming and efficient, made the whole ordering process smooth, and you could tell she really cared about making sure everyone was taken care of. She brought such good energy, and it made the whole vibe even better.

Big shoutout to Justan, the chef — he actually came out to say hello and thank us personally, which was such a nice touch. It’s rare to see that kind of effort, and it made the experience feel really personal.

Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Great food, great people, great vibes all around.

My friends and I tried this food truck yesterday and we were overly impressed! The Hawaiian macaroni salad was everything & so were their fries! So much flavorrr, the workers were super sweet & so pretty! I’d recommend them to anyone, don’t miss out!
