Come on you guys. Do better. Yes, I probably should have only ordered a medium drink but if I order a large, I would really appreciate for that cup to be full. Edit: it really seems like your machines are calibrated to jip everyone in the drive-thru do better (see new picture)

I went there today around noon time and their wasn't very many people there. It was slow some people got out of line and left. when I ordered I told them NO MAYO! When I got home there was so much MAYO I had to throw it away! I will NEVER go there again!! What a wasted of money! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I was the only one in the drivethrough. They told me to pull around, and they would bring it out to me. Weight 10 minutes, I had to go in and get my order. Pink hair guy said they didn't want me there in the drive-through because of a timer system. Food wasn't even very good.

Don't waste your breath, the drive through girl with the 10 in nails was super rude when there speaker wasn't working. Tried to let her know and instead of saying that I'll tell manager so maybe they would fix it she was like I can't do anything about it. Which I assured I was aware. Super rude tone, ignored me when asking for ranch which I had to do twice just to get it .

Not sure why but every now and then I'll get a craving for kfc because I remember the times my dad would bring it home. Now whenever I get reminiscent for it in the future I'll try to remember how horrible it was when I went to this kfc.

We ordered 16 pieces, half crispy, half original recipe. We also told the guy we wanted ALL THIGHS. He says he didn't hear "all thighs". I call BS. Our grandson said he heard his grandpa say ALL THIGHS. Returning home with the bucket, it was all mixed meat...lots of wings. The manager said she didn't see any order all day for ALL THIGHS. That's probably because the guy didn't put ALL THIGHS into the system, so of course it wouldn't show. I also want to add that the chicken tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile. The meat was not moist, but a bit dry. This was the dinner hour and I would think the chicken would have been more fresh! $43.00 for a wrong order and dry chicken.

I'm an old bird and have been eating KFC since I was a teenager. The days of classic, moist, great tasting chicken is a thing of the past from this franchise, for this isnt first time this scenario has happened here. Colonel Sanders would be ashamed.

They were hit or miss before, with a fair amount of hits recently. However they raised their prices by almost 30% for some items. At these prices we might as well go to a real restaurant

Pros - friendly service with smiles, well-packed order, at good temperature.

Cons - Fast food prices have gotten so high. Mobile order wasn't ready at posted time. No one else was in the drive-thru, but I was told to pull forward and park in front as they were still preparing my cherry turnover bites. I said that I could wait at the window, as there was no one behind me, but they said I had to pull forward because their window service is timed. Well, see it kind of makes sense, if my order wasn't ready that it should be a longer time at the window. Just another way to fudge their numbers for corporate but not really take care of customer service. I wasn't in a hurry so I pulled forward and waited. I really didn't wait that much longer and got my order. On the mobile order, I did not choose utensils, and all I requested was one extra ranch sauce for 20 cents. Imagine my surprise when I open the bag to find 6 sporks, 6 packages of honey sauce and 5 packages of butter flavored spread. All I had ordered was one 3 piece tender's combo meal. It is amazingly wasteful to give me all these extra items that I did not request. The cherry turnover bites, that I had waited for, were very oily and under cooked. I had to air fry them myself an additional ten minutes for them to be edible. I wonder if they actually deep fry them!
PS - Do not get the cranberry Pepsi soda, as it is literally disgusting!!

Why does this KFC make soo many mistakes? I can count on one hand, how many times they've actually gotten my order correct. I'm done!
I will not be spending hard earned money on food I didn't order, and food I didn't receive. I will also be warning everyone I know to stay clear of this location.

Ice cream done kids DO NOT stay on the cup and they know this. Got a regular root beer freeze. The lid came off and spilled all over my truck interior. They said this happens all the time. Then why in the h#^* do they continue to use them??!!! Put normal drink lids on ALL your drinks. Did not enjoy having to go home and shampoo my truck carpets.

Probably the worst visit and the worst manager at this location. They gave us someone else's order. We checked it and was missing a whole bucket of chicken. They argued with us about it and then eventually gave us the bucket of chicken. Then we find out that the 16 piece tenders they gave us were spicy and we were supposed to have a variety chicken bucket and got all dark meat. So my husband drove all the way back only for the manager to argue with him again and refuse to make more chicken. She gave us a refund and threw away all the chicken we had. So now it's 8:30pm and we don't have dinner. I will NEVER EVER come back to this location. The manager is AWFUL and this location must be DESPERATE to have her as manager.
