“The second best Vietnamese restaurant in the Boise area. The pho is delicious! The rest of their food is solid. The customer service is outstanding. For some reason, most Vietnamese restaurants have grumpy or rude servers. But these guys are fantastic. They are always pleasant and friendly!“

“I left a terrible review. The manager, Jen reached out to me and invited me back to try Cupbop again. This second visit was amazing. The food is delicious cool atmosphere inside of the restaurant. I’m glad I stayed to eat. She made everything right and explained to me how preparing the bulls work. Thank you so much for caring for your customers!“

“Went here for the first time today and tried the combo with BBQ Beef and The Krunch Bop. I asked for it spicy, and it definitely delivered—it was very good and packed with heat! I also ordered items for my wife and daughter.
A heads-up for anyone with celiac: make sure to inform them, or you might run into issues. Another tip is to taste the sauces before using them. My wife and daughter weren’t fans of the #1 and #2 sauces, which had a sweet, cinnamon-like, almost milky flavor—not our favorite.
Aside from that, everything else was delicious, and I found the portions to be reasonable. Overall, a solid first visit!“
