I always order ahead so I don't have to wait and will be given a pickup time. not a single time has my pizza been ready by quoted time. as I type this right now, I've been waiting for 20 mins past said pick up time.
edit: I ended up waiting 35 min after the time I was told my pizzas would be done before I actually got them. pretty ridiculous and it wasn't like I ordered anything special. 3 items off of their menu, nothing custom
We ordered 5 pizzas and tried to make it simple.
2 thin crust pepperoni, 2 classic pepperoni, and a classic cheese. We received 1 thin pep 1 thin cheese. We called and asked them to make it right...went all the way back and pizza looked good. Brought it home and continued to enjoy dinner with our family when my husband pulled a VERY LONG piece of hair out of his mouth from off his slice!!! We looked and there was another even longer piece on the other side!! NOT OKAY!!!

Should change the name to hot and ready in 20 minutes, I could have just ordered from someone else and been quicker, every time it's like this.... Geezus, false advertising
