Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered in store. Gentlemen at the register was super nice and patient with everyone. Only one person was ahead of me and then it was me. They didn’t have much at the time I went in but I expected that. I was fine waiting. I got a meal #1 with a pepperoni pizza and and extra breadsticks (my son’s favorite food in the world) and got a Hawaiian pizza. They said it would be a 10 minute wait which was shocking because normally it’s 15-20! After my 15 minute drive home pizza was still hot. Breadsticks were fresh. My ONLY critique was that the Hawaiian pizza had more ham than pineapple and 3 slices had absolutely 0 pineapple. I know it’s like a “crime” to like pineapple on pizza so I figured it was the workers way of saying “if you like this type of pizza then enjoy having three slices without it!” Mwahahaha! It was honestly fine though. I didn’t mind. I figured my enthusiasm about the pizza was to enthusiastic and they had to take me down a peg 😅 I was so happy to have the Hawaiian pizza because I haven’t had it in about 3 years and the pineapple was so good it tasted fresh! Place was clean except for a lonely napkin drifting in the wind— wanting to start again. Overall good price, hot food, great staff. Love little Caesars. Oh and they gave me cookies! Which my brother loves so I was grateful!

I’ve worked in fast food before and just waiting for my pizza wanted to cancel the order i just placed. While i waited 15 min for my 1 pizza i watched 2 girls with long hair not use a single pair of gloves between pizzas including but not limited to screens, pans, boxes, vegetables, cheese AND they were wiping their heads while this is all going on from sweating. NO HAIR OR BEARD NETS?! the front desk guy also no gloves helping with pizzas fingers were like orange!! The food safety is very bad here but you get what you buy?

The wait line does not exist at this pizza shop because the staff work hard every day to make a smile on customers who come in and take their favorite food

What happened to “hot and ready”? Always waiting for pep or cheese to be cooked at this location…

They should implement - If it’s not Hot & Ready you get a discount or something lol. Wasted my lunch break hoping it would be hot and ready no pun intended

Verdict: two stars for the price but just not worth it.

Guys there is a secret to enjoying little caesars. Just order something that has to be made fresh. LC's is super delicious when it is fresh. They have more flavor in their sauce than any other pizza joint. The only reason people are turned off the LC's is because they ordered 'hot n ready' which actually means 'say in a warmer for a few hours'. Order something fresh, then enjoy a pizza with double the flavor of the competition for 1/3 the cost. Then send me the difference $$$. You're welcome.

NFL is stupid!
Customers during NFL are stupid, impatient, and can't see the staff working tirelessly to make their 10 pizza order (true story as I sat patiently waiting for my order)

Amazing staff for putting up with dumb impatient humans. Pizza came out fast for not making a preorder (10mins) Pizza is delicious and I'm happy.

I ordered cheese pizza and a pepperoni and Italian cheese bread and as I was looking at my recipe I see I was over charged for one pizza so I ask the manager that had checked me out about the charge and he said it was because who ever took the order hit the wrong button and he smiled.Granted it was not a lot but it is the point I was over charged and he did not offer to return what I was over charged all he did was say can I get you any dipping sauce for the cheese bread at no charge.Really I worked restaurants for 16 years and that is not good customer service. If I come back I will definitely be checking my receipt.

I ordered the wrong pizza totally my fault. Tyler the manager went above and beyond, he took care of me and made it right. Great customer service and food quality.
