Little Caesars Pizza

Our experience here today was very disappointing. We ordered TWO HOURS ahead and food was still 25 minutes late being ready! One of the pizzas was missing an ingredient and all of the order was barely warm. Not sure what happened but a lot of customers came and went while we continued to walt. I was just about to ask for a refund! The young lady at the register seemed dismissive and unconcerned that we were unhappy. Not sure if we'll be back. Definitely not hot or ready.

The service was friendly and quick in receiving our Veterans Day pizza and drink. The pizza was warm and tasty! Thank you!

I always order on the app and pickup in their pizza portal. Quick and easy and the app keeps you updated on your order process. Can't beat it for the price. I have no comment regarding employee interaction because it doesn't extend past me saying thanks as I walk out

Love pizza pizza with crazy crust. Little Caesars by my house is in a gas station and doesn't do the crazy crust.

Came in at about 915 or so on a Sunday night after a botched dinner plan. Pattrick helped us out and got us in and out in 10 minutes even though there weren’t any hot and ready left. The only thing that was in the hot and ready oven were some dessert items. I tried to read the menu, but The screen kept going to ads instead of the menu. Very annoying if you ask me! Patrick did a great job with customer service, acknowledging my question and giving me an answer then moving on. He made the experience Worth writing a reviewfor me

One thing that Little Caesars doesn’t get enough credit for it making truly delicious pizzas at their price point. Compare prices these days and you’re getting a 3-4 topping pizza for 30-40% less than every other pizza chain. You can’t compare a cheap pizza to a $30 pizza, that’s just not fair. But I just had the Fantastic 4, which I have been waiting for since they had the Quattro pizza during covid, and it was properly fantastic!

I ordered in store. Gentlemen at the register was super nice and patient with everyone. Only one person was ahead of me and then it was me. They didn’t have much at the time I went in but I expected that. I was fine waiting. I got a meal #1 with a pepperoni pizza and and extra breadsticks (my son’s favorite food in the world) and got a Hawaiian pizza. They said it would be a 10 minute wait which was shocking because normally it’s 15-20! After my 15 minute drive home pizza was still hot. Breadsticks were fresh. My ONLY critique was that the Hawaiian pizza had more ham than pineapple and 3 slices had absolutely 0 pineapple. I know it’s like a “crime” to like pineapple on pizza so I figured it was the workers way of saying “if you like this type of pizza then enjoy having three slices without it!” Mwahahaha! It was honestly fine though. I didn’t mind. I figured my enthusiasm about the pizza was to enthusiastic and they had to take me down a peg 😅 I was so happy to have the Hawaiian pizza because I haven’t had it in about 3 years and the pineapple was so good it tasted fresh! Place was clean except for a lonely napkin drifting in the wind— wanting to start again. Overall good price, hot food, great staff. Love little Caesars. Oh and they gave me cookies! Which my brother loves so I was grateful!

I’ve worked in fast food before and just waiting for my pizza wanted to cancel the order i just placed. While i waited 15 min for my 1 pizza i watched 2 girls with long hair not use a single pair of gloves between pizzas including but not limited to screens, pans, boxes, vegetables, cheese AND they were wiping their heads while this is all going on from sweating. NO HAIR OR BEARD NETS?! the front desk guy also no gloves helping with pizzas fingers were like orange!! The food safety is very bad here but you get what you buy?

The wait line does not exist at this pizza shop because the staff work hard every day to make a smile on customers who come in and take their favorite food

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome to come in as well just to get out of the house for a little bit and enjoy the community outing
