We didn't order any food, just coffee and tea. Friendly staff. The need for improvement is that the location is really dirty. Management should employ a professional janitorial service as it appears to have been a long time since it was properly cleaned.

The young teens at the counter refused to listen to me. Had to repeat myself several times: white chocolate mocha with amaretto. She could not understand what amaretto was. Took roughly fifteen minutes to get me coffee despite three employees and an empty shop. I finally get it, double check it is a white chocolate with amaretto, am assured it is. I try it in my car, it is a straight black. Nothing added despite the extra cost for the syrups. I am disappointed as this place is usually really good, but lately, the employees just don’t care. I suggest you go eslewhere where they will actually listen and not ignore you.

I went thru the drive thru I am a regular customer, they took my order thru the intercoms, I sat out there for ten minutes waiting no one popped out to tell me it was going to be an extra wait time, the girl finally pops out and doesn’t say anything about the wait and doesn’t offer me a free drink and acts like concerned that I just waited out there for 10 minutes before someone talked to me. I was late to my job just very upset about the whole situation.

I got a bagel and requested it be toasted. They had said their toaster was slow, which was totally fine I don't mind waiting a little longer. Then they came back with a bagel that wasn't even remotely toasted. Paying nearly $4 for a bagel is pretty expensive, the least they could do is toast it. If your toaster is broken or if the bagel is still defrosting you can just say so🫤 Can't go back after this unfortunately

I love Lucky Perk. Service is awesome and quick, even though it is popular, I've always been able to find a table. Atmosphere is conducive to conversation. My only complaint is parking. I always have to park across the street. But, at least it's available!!

Lucky Perk isn't a coffee joint I get to hit up very often since I'm on the other end of town. It's been years since I have had coffee here so when my friend suggested to come here I got excited.
The girls that helped us with our order were nice. There were 3 of them working so drinks were made and orders were taken pretty quickly. Today I grabbed a small vanilla almond milk latte with extra vanilla with no foam.
Since I asked for no foam, I thought that my cup would be more full. I did have a 1" gap between my coffee and lid. Disappointing to see that. After taking my first sip, I did realize that they didn't put any vanilla in it. Or maybe they did and I didn't taste it. All I tasted was bitterness from the coffee.
I asked the gals that were working if they could add more almond milk and more vanilla. I'm actually surprised they didn't offer to make me a new one. Well, the adjustments didn't make the coffee taste any better.
It was a disappointing cup of coffee.

A really good espresso that is not easy to find as a European in America. Also a nice atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!
