Just really bad pizza. It was super dry no sauce and really greasy. I feel like I wasted my money here. They charge $2.50 per topping on a build your own pizza… like?

When Marco’s was first opened, I loved it. It broke my heart when they closed, so you can imagine how excited I was to see it reopen. At first, the new ownership was doing a great job. Employees were friendly, food was cooked well, etc. I think this location changed ownership somewhat recently and it has gone steadily downhill. Orders take about two to three times longer to make, even during non-peak times. They regularly forget to add my dipping sauce cup in the box. I add the garlic sauce and Parmesan crust topper, and I’ve had garlic sauce swirled over the entire top of the pizza (NOT on the crust edge) several times now. My pizza has been burnt on several occasions, so I’ve started ordering it as a light cook. Even still, my last pizza looked fine on top but was badly burnt underneath (see pic) and it took 10+ minutes longer than the quoted time online. When I called back in, the person helping was nice but never actually apologized. I hope they can figure it out and improve soon.

We always ordered delivery. The salads are fresh and crisp, and the pizza and breadsticks are our favorites of all the choices in Meridian.However, there was only about a 30% chance of getting our correct order and getting all the items we order delivered to us with all our orders over the last six months. I'll miss Marco's food, but it's frustrating to have this happen so often.

The Manager or boss i’m not sure but her name was Nichole is absolutely amazing, I had wanted to try it for the first time and the service was absolutely amazing, she was so kind and helpful and just made it an enjoyable experience. The food for out fast and was absolutely delicious! Definitely will be returning!

We order from Marcos regularly. Yesterday we had two large pizzas delivered and after we brought it in discovered one was not what we ordered. Within just a few minutes, they showed up at our door with the pizza we ordered without even letting them know a mistake had been made. I really appreciate that they recognized the error and took quick action to make it right without prompting. What great service. Thanks Marcos team!

Amazing pizza the deluxe pizza was stacked with toppings and well worth it's value!
Ordered ahead about 30-45 minutes. When I got there to pick it up the order somehow didn’t get processed so I had to wait another 10 minutes. When I got the pizza home it was cold and not fully cooked. The vegetables were raw and the meat was room temperature. Austin was great over the phone. Had to recook the pizza at home. I love Marcos pizza and I will continue to order from them!

Wow, just wow. We finally found a pizza place in the Boise area that we love! Fresh ingredients equal awesome taste!! On top of the great tasting pizza the staff was great!

We love the option of garlic butter on the crust or even on the pizza (although it's messy). Great option for a quick, yummy dinner that wont break the bank!

I ordered from Marco's for the first time about a month ago. I ordered a vegetarian pizza. Overall it was fine, but I was somewhat shocked to discover that they were using canned mushrooms instead of fresh mushrooms. Also, it appeared that they had forgot to put the onions on before it was cooked so they just sprinkled raw onions on the top. If they used real mushrooms and had cooked the onions with the pizza, it would be an extra star on the rating.
