Pulled in to the drive through with one car in front of me and two in the other drive through lane. The car in front of me was processed and I pulled forward to the ordering area, the first car in the other line was also processed and moved forward. I was asked to wait a moment and the car in the other lane was processed, as was the car that has pulled in after it. I waited as the only car in the drive through line after saying hello after I was the only person left and got no response. I then backed out and drove away and got Jack in the Box down the street.

Why don't corporations leave recipes alone? Their breakfast McGriddle has been downsized, and the muffin was like leather and had no taste. What happened to the maple flavor? Guess it was too expensive to use. Greedy McDonalds!

It is clean still but of course it is brand new so let's pray it stays clean. The workers and the drive threw are nice. However, second time going we had several iteams missing and when asked for them they where annoyed. Also want to add it to forever to get someone to help us because nobady is at the front desk. I absolutely hate the kiosk it's a joke you still need to have someone there to take orders or ask for help. Not only that there is no sode machine out side so whenever you want a refill you have to just stand there forever until someone wants to listen and help you. Mcdonalds is really frustrating to go into these days and I was hoping this being new would be a bit better but it only seemed to do well the first week.

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! I eat McDonald’s once, if not twice a day. I was beyond excited for this location to open so close to my house. I’m at the point I will drive past this one and go somewhere else. No one here wants to do their jobs, from taking orders, bring the food on a tray to the table, or even refill a soda. I don’t understand how I can order a cheese burger at 10:30 when they switch from breakfast to lunch, and get cold food when it should be freshest! I waiting 15 minutes in the lobby for a hot fudge sundae and watched multiple people get ice cream cones before me. With no soda fountain, I asked for a refill on my drink. Which the manager did after rolling his eyes at me and was visibly annoyed that I made such a request. When I order my food for “here” and have a table marker, I’m not listening for someone to call out my order and leave it at the front counter to just get cold, I expect it to be delivered to my table like ever other fast food place in the country. They took this family restaurant and made it purely about profit and hired as little of employees as possible. Don’t waste your time here, drive somewhere else.

The person over the speaker had asked us to pull up to the first window, we did so and then ended up sitting at the window for at least 10 minutes. No one came to take our payment. We had people waiting behind us and it wasn’t until someone popped their head out of the second window that they had finally acknowledged us. I work in the complex and was just trying to get a couple of drinks after work. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

Wait in curbside is ridiculously long, & leave you wondering if you need to go inside to find out what's up. Ordered a quarter pounder and the meat was raw in the middle. You'd think with all the past issues with the ONLY fresh meat burger they have & all the bad press that they'd get it right on the lock down. eh I go for the Mocha Frappe 😋 I have never really cared for their burgers anyway.

Came in with a free sandwich deal on app, gave the code to the guy in the drive through and it didn’t work, he said to refresh the app and it made me wait 15 minutes to use it again. I asked if they could just honor it and the guy said with a straight face “go park and wait 15 minutes”. What a loser. I left and now writing this review

If you are a customer who has had a problem we sincerely apologize. Please call and speak to a manager about the situation. We are still working on training and get used to everything so please give us anoth try. We dont want to fail our customers. Please take into consideration that we are all human, and unfortunately we do sometimes mess up.This store is open 24 hours. We would love to see everyone, while they come and get some delicious food and outstanding customer service.

Asked manager a question about the App. He tossed a paper at me, said that’s the best he could do, and walked away. A manager might want to familiarize himself with some of the basics.

It doesn’t really make sense, cause they are so slow!! Plus, I’m sure I’m not the only person to be asked to pull forward to the next window to wait, only for them to forget me entirely. And then when the singular sandwich was finally brought to me, it wasn’t even what I ordered.
That said, whoever has been at the Pay Here window/on the headset has been great each time I’ve gone. Otherwise though, avoid unless you’re wanting something to eat after midnight I guess
