My original order was missing two plain cheeseburgers with extra onions. When I returned to have this corrected, the employee at the window appeared distracted and asked me twice what I had ordered. At the pickup window, I was instructed to pull forward and wait. I declined, explaining that I had already been there once for the same order and that my food was getting cold.
The manager then came to the window and repeated the request. When I explained the situation again, he responded, “You can pull forward, or I can give you a refund.” I chose the $4.01 refund and left without the food.
I understand mistakes happen, but the dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were unacceptable. I hope management will address this issue with proper training and a renewed focus on customer service.

I would’ve have a good experience if the two old weirdos at 8:49am on October 27th Monday didn’t cackle like witches at me and while giving me my meal and were staring at me cackling while I am 33 weeks pregnant and just wanted breakfast. I get it’s not that serious of a job but please pick who is working carefully especially if they are pushing 30. Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior.
