The playground inside is very fun and looks updated! However, the “30 minute maximum while eating: no loitering” sign in the play area is very off-putting and unwelcoming. The play area is incredibly cold; we had to wear our coats while inside. When my husband asked for a refill of his lemonade, he was told he would be charged for an additional lemonade…the lemonade is a fountain drink, not a specialty lemonade.

I got 10 frys in my happy meal in each container. Last time they lock the lobby, said they were to busy, not many people there.

I hate having to leave a review like this, but our visit to this McDonald’s (Store #16113 in Meridian) was extremely disappointing. My husband and I stopped here this morning while traveling, and the experience felt far below McDonald’s standards.
We spent $29 on two simple breakfast meals, and the order was still incorrect, poorly prepared, and barely warm. The burritos looked rushed and under-filled, the orange juice was short-poured despite the upcharge, and the food quality overall was nowhere near what we paid for.
On top of that, service was slow even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disengaged, and no one checked to make sure orders were accurate before handing them out.
We were exhausted from traveling and just needed reliable food and service — instead we left frustrated and disappointed. I hope management sees this and reaches out, because we would like to give this location another chance, but only if there’s some reassurance that today’s experience was an exception.
A small gesture (meal vouchers, or a couple of complimentary items) would go a long way toward restoring our confidence.

Complained about our food because it was gross called the number and they told us to get a refund. Asked for refund and was met with hostility. Then told to leave. This store is gross and you can tell that they all hate working there. If you are going to talk bad about customers behind your little work wall make sure they can’t hear you. We were very polite but I have to call out the horrible behavior. Don’t be mad at me because your service sucks. You will get food poisoning eating here be aware!!!

I usually order off the app. Today I did than and picked up in store. In the time that I waited for the order, two people in front of me had to correct their order and then my order was also wrong.

Grateful for a playground, however it is filthy. I went up with my toddler and it’s disgusting. I’m sure the branch manager can afford to have someone do overtime at least once a month or so to clean the playground.

Went through the drive through at 11:45 pm because they close at 12 am. No one answered and left us to sit there. We pulled around, and saw people inside working. So we decided to go back around, by this time another car was let through. When we went through however they said they were closed… 10 minutes early. Change your times online if you’re going to close early. Thanks.

Literally don't go inside and try to order, you will stand there unacknowledged for 10+ minutes. Seen the whole drive thru line come and go before I was even looked at or spoken too. Terrible lol

This McDonalds used to have their crap together! The manager that is there this morning needs to be retrained! First, I ordered burritos during breakfast time which they are out. So, I decided to use my app to get a $2 breakfast sandwich. I ordered a sandwich off of the list it says qualifies for the $2. The manager told the drive through employee that the sandwich I ordered can’t be discounted to the $2. Why would it be in the list? I believe it was due to the manager not knowing what they’re doing. I left with no food! I’ll be going to a different restaurant that has better management! Hopefully this location can get their crap together. It used to be one of the better ran McDonalds.

½ slice of cheese of my sandwich. Are you guys crazy?! Where is my other ½?!?! For a multi-billion dollar company, you would think you would get a full slice of cheese. Terrible
Lobby closed, Hire more people!!!!! When it is open it takes FOREVERY to get your food. Literally need to wait/BEG 15m for a drink refill. When talked to the managers clearly dont care. Dont bother calling the number on the wall. Left a VM a few weeks back with no return call. Go to Applebees and ask for their $9.99 Burger, Fries and Drink.
