Waited more than 25 minutes for a pick up order that never came out. Was told that the "1" that I parked in front of was not correct one. No compensation offered and other than the fries that were remade, food was cold.

Good location, easy to get in and out of. Never a long wait for food. The kid zone is usually kind of messy and in need of attention. Not a lot of parking and it's a small lot making it kind of difficult to maneuver.

Love that they have a nice new indoor play place. I think its a tad snaller than previously but really nicely renovated. Never had a problem with my order and has very nice staff.

Fries were hot and yummyyy but I asked for no mustard… it would be okay if I could pick it off but I literally HATE mustard to the point where I can’t eat this 🥲

I love coming here because it's one of the few McDonald's with a play area for kids. I understand that they have a lot of work but this place should be cleaner. I am also frustrated that there is no hot coffee with milk service, considering that it is delicious and with this cold it is appealing.

Our grandchildren love the Playland here when it's not too busy. When it's busy it can be too loud.
I don’t know if McDonald’s nation wide are rationing the fries or it’s just this location but they shouldn’t be. We literally live in the potato state and here I am getting a medium size fry that looks more like a small or kids meal size, if I wanted a small size fry I would order that. Like do I need to order a large fry to get what a medium used to be? If so, say that on the front door or menu like come on now the thing fry box thing was half empty, thought it some of it spiked in the bag but nope just empty.

DONT EAT HERE AT ALL. Had breakfast there this morning and I ordered the sausage egg mcmuffin meal off the mobile app. When I proceeded to eat It, I felt something way too crunchy inside so I spit It back out on the paper to find freaking egg shells all throughout the egg. Stupid kids in there listening to music playing with themselves instead of making easy fast food. If they cant make a microwaveable egg right, something is clearly wrong there. Do better

The last few times i’ve gone through the coke has tasted like carbonated water, i’ve brought this to their attention several times, to which the manager said they’ve had other people complain but there’s nothing they can do about it. To me there’s a clear problem and hopefully a solution? Even the last time I went the employee agreed that it didn’t look right. Not impressed by the lack of handling the situation

The staff is inside talking, no one is serving in front. The restaurant is empty and they are inside. It is an incredible delay. It is the only McDonald's that takes this long.
