I'm extremely upset that I just spent 30 dollars on food that we couldn't eat , I waited literally at the window for 15 minutes before anyone even opened it and been in line for almost 20 minutes for 2 cars in front of me , got my food and the bag was small , had to go through my food to discover I'm missing 2 burgers ... So now my foods already cold fries everything... Have to go in to get the rest of my food , thank God I looked before driving off ... Finally get all my food and get home and everything is just disgusting cold , nobody wanted to eat the undercooked fries ... What a waste of money and time just to basically throw my gross undercooked cold food away ... Every time my family comes to this mcds it's a total disaster and a waste of money ... Very low standard at this restaurant. . I'm absolutely disgusted I paid for unedible food... Thanks again for basically ripping me off ... Not only did I wait in line for a half an hour with 2 cars , I went home with absolute wasted food ... I feel like my time and money were just stolen from me , not mention my dinner with My family... Thanks for nothing

Its 311 am in the morning and your serving lunch its crazy I cant get breakfast mid shift at this time. Not only I not order qhat I wanted the stuff was slower then the business they get at this hour witch is barly any. What a joke McDonald's get your store and employees in check for real. No wonder this store only has a 3.5 on Google reviews

It is such a shame but McDonalds has gone to crap the price they charge for a lg fry and mcdouble is crazy but add the fact that ketchup was all over the burger and it was mushy the large fry was the size of a a medium on the skimpy side it just sucked. I'm done with this place I grew up loving. Never again will I spend my hard earned money on. CRAP FOOD!!!

Went through the drive thru. They asked me to park in stall #1. Before I parked i asked if they can add sweet and sour sauce to my order. They replied that they will. Waited for my food in stall #1. Young blonde lady brought my food out to me. I looked in the bag and and realized they did not add sweet and sour sauce. I asked her if I could have some.She told me No. And then walked away from me. I asked again and she completely ignored me, continuing to walk away from me. Well, I got out of my car and I followed her inside. I then overheard her telling another staff that I was being rude to her? Asking for sauce is not being rude. I am a paying customer.I deserve respect. Just like she deserves respect, which I gave her. I am beyond pissed at her behavior. McDonald's PLEASE give more training to your staff. Whats the point of a drive thru if they can't get a simple order correct. Hoping to hear back from a manager. I think that employee needs an attitude adjustment.

They ran out of ketchup packets today at 1135am. Just annoyed. The ketchup depspensor hasn't worked for several months. The right ice machine hasn't worked for the same amount of time. Makes me wonder if the managers are doing their daily checks. What other things are they missing. I just want better for Meridian.
