Went to this location October 23, 2023. I placed a mobile pick up, and when I got there and checked in, I noticed that it was taking an unusually long time for my order to come out to me. I also got a notification, that my meal had been taken out to my car, but it had not been. I went inside and waited and noticed multiple people were also waiting. My egg McMuffin had no egg. The sausage biscuit had cheese I did not order. The line at the drive-thru was so long that there was no way to drive back through to get the order corrected before they stopped serving breakfast. I know good help is hard to find nowadays. The message this meal sent to the customer was "We don't give a s***.". Well, folks, "Back atcha."In the future I will stay at the window long enough to make sure everything in the order is what I ordered.
