Un seasons frys on top of they filled it up about half way plus in my 6 peice chicken nugget there was only 5

Crappy service. They don't check the orders EVER!!! so tired of driving there only to leave and find out they shorted us food again!! This time it was 2 Big Macs. The solution offered...you can come back and get them before closing or the next day they are open. If I did my job this poorly I wouldn't have a job.
Drive thru was soooo sloooow
Asked for extra lettuce on my food and confirmed it, ended up with a sprinkle of lettuce on both sandwiches and extra mayo on one of them for some reason? They gotta get it together

On 9-14-25 the night shift was horrible I ordered my food at around 8:50 pm they took 30 min to make my order i seen the workers too busy smoking vapes and chit chatting with coworkers by the time they gave me my $5 milkshake it was melted. Very bad experience there and i go there alot nightshift is always terrible

Worst experience I've ever had, out of 5 items which happens but I ask if they have sweet tea and they say yes and then proceed to not have any sweet tea at the window. Ordering also took 20 minutes and I got ignored for a solid 15 at the speaker while the other lane was able to order

Came through the drive-through and Nicholas was very polite. Great customer service and was able to assist me on adding a more food to my order without missing up his car count definitely if you’re looking for a customer service. This is the place to be.
