Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru like it was a grand opening. I pre ordered food on the app. They still somehow managed to give me an order that wasn't mind and didn't know this til I got home. Absolutely ridiculous. I won't be visiting this location again. In the picture I believe that's 2 big macs one was supposed to be a quarter pounder with cheese. I'm pretty sure my food was given to the people in front of me.

Hands down the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The location and drive thru are awful and when it gets busy it’s a mess. 30 min waiting in the drive thru is crazy to me!

Night crew used to be so much faster 🥲🥲 now it seems like there’s no urgency to get food out so still day crew with all the wins. I might call the number that they don’t like 🙈

Ordered the McChicken meal deal and two big macs, the mayo on the chicken sandwich was replaced with the big Mac sauce. I hate that sauce. Every time I visit, doesn't matter if it's in the dining room or drive through, my order is wrong in some way. Only reason I even go to this location is convenience.

Weather it is getting your order without the sauce ya asked for or having to go wait around the drive through then having to chase someone back in for again items you asked for or missing items in a order when you spend extra to have it delivered then missing items to call in getting treated like I’m the one that is annoying when I was being nice about it. This location is giving me more and more reasons not to eat this fake unhealthy overpriced fisher price food. use to go two to three times a week, no more. They never make this stuff right at this location. cheers to healthier eating!

The order was marked as ready and coming to my car at curbside spot number four at 7:56 a.m. It did not actually get brought outside to me until 8:07 a.m. but you guys wanted your stats to be right so you marked it as ready and like it got taken out and then forgot about my order which was a singular sandwich That literally consisted of just bacon and cheese and one hash brown So y'all were too busy talking and somebody I watched walk in to start their shift at 8:00 a.m. is the person who brought the food out to me 7 minutes later. Get it together.
