Super disappointed that McDonald's decides to pass on the higher wages and grocery bills to the consumers instead of their CEO or other higher ups being able to only afford ONE summer beach house per year or one jet. The food quality is going down while the prices sky rocket. You're a McDonald's, not a 5-star restaurant. Calm down.

To McDonald’s corporate or the owner of this McDonald’s, please train your managers better, so they can teach the front line staff how to offer good customer service and how to run the restaurant. To McDonald’s managers, please for the love of god, teach your front line staff properly. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Employees running back and forth looking like they don’t know what they’re doing, and some on their phones. The kids play area had not been cleaned for hours, if at all today. I realize it’s a fast food restaurant, and I get what I pay for, but that was absolutely the worst service in my entire life.
Ahhhh...in the drive thru at what Google had listed as a 24hr location after a long night at work, a lunch forgotten at home for what was a 12 hr shift, and a rumbling belly. Long line but hey, they are fast at Mickey D's, right? 12:10 am the menus suddenly go dark and an employee emerges from the building and begins going down the line, saying something to customer as he goes. At my window, I am informed, " The owners have decided that effective immediately all locations close at 12 am." Awesome. Good thing my lunch in its "keep cool" lunch bag, still on the counter when I finally got home, was unspoiled. Left over Chinese food beats out burgers anyway! Still craving french fries, though...
