I am really impressed with this service! My partner and I have been using them for about a month now after using another local company for six months, and there are definitely differences. This service has way more options and overalll much more flavor. I do wish there were some fish options like salmon. I appreciate the vegetarian options as I like to eat meat free some days. The food is great and the delivery is flawless!

Been ordering mep meals for the past several weeks and I must say, these may be the best prepared meal service out there. As a busy business owner with no time to cook during the week our family has had to resort to takeout over the past few years and unfurtunately that has caused some major consequences to our health. I have been ordering from several different companies over the past 6 months in attempt to regain better eating habits including factor and cook unity. My son who is a fitness trainer suggested I try these mep meals as he thought it to be a healthier option. I am sure glad we did and it's nice that they are local and have many different pick up sites. My husband is happier with these as well because I can oder a larger portion for him where as myself and our daughter tend to like a smaller portion. The food has great flavors and I am happy that my family can eat healthier during the week. My only wish is they had more menu choices since we will be eating them every week.
