I am really impressed with this service! My partner and I have been using them for about a month now after using another local company for six months, and there are definitely differences. This service has way more options and overalll much more flavor. I do wish there were some fish options like salmon. I appreciate the vegetarian options as I like to eat meat free some days. The food is great and the delivery is flawless!
So excited to eat the meals I have ordered! All gluten free portioned out and such tasty options! I am so grateful for a local company who goes above and beyond and cares about the food they prepare! Tana and David are wonderful and I look forward to MEP helping me with meal prep and being healthier!
The best meal prep company in the the treasure valley. Food is amazing, healthy & fresh! Dustin & Hailey are nice , friendly and knowledgeable about healthy food. Dustin is a great chef too. Try these guys out if you you’re looking for convenience & to have a healthy lifestyle with your food!
