I’ve been to this location several times. Almost every single time there is awful service, from getting the order wrong, to not having the sauce or utensils. Most recently I ordered 4 sides, and the portions were tiny, furthermore I know it wasn’t the employee because they had a scale out. The food as it is is already expensive, and to get such little food for $30 is absurd. Also they charged me $6.00 for each side when on their app it ranges from $3-$5. I will not be going here anymore they’ve gone ultra downhill

The best Hawaiian food, or food in general. This is one of my favorite spots. You get great portions and it tastes amazing. Me and my wife often can share a meal here, which helps on the budget. Love having Mo' Bettahs near me.

The food here was excellent. Very good. The meat was tender and so juicy. The portions were very good size. The employees were all young kids who were very friendly. Now for the not so great stuff. The place was pretty dirty. Pieces of napkin all over the floor, paper towels all over the bathroom floor, the bathroom doors were filthy. Tables still had food on them from previous customers, as well as the walls. Employees took out trash next to us while we were eating, and didn't wash their hands before going back and serving food again. The kitchen area was a mess with food dropped everywhere and all the cooking utensils were hanging caked with food. I will definitely eat at MBs again, just not this location.
This location needs to get their act together. Used to be awesome. I witnessed an employee yelling at a customer that was upset that placed their order 12 hours before they went to pick it up and it hadn’t even been started. We paid extra for teriyaki steak and got a bunch of chicken instead. They don’t answer their phones. Won’t be back with things the way they are currently.

My high school aged sons ask for Mo’ Bettah’s weekly. We’ve returned to this location often for a few years now. (And have used a food delivery service several times, as well) Always 5 stars! We love Mo’ Bettahs ⭐️Parking: Close, convenient parking.
Comparing this location to one in Twin Falls; I would say I honestly won’t return. Rice was not cooked through and very crunchy. Work station was dirty and food amount was less than what you get at Twin Falls location.

TEN OUT OF FIVE! If you like chicken steak shrimp or pork with some rice and excellent Mac salad eat here! I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want this place to get too crowded but man can these guys cook! So much food my leftovers look like a normal restaurants serving, I got the three meat plate. Will eat here again every chance I get. Thank you!!

Mo' Bettahs is always a great choice!! Easy online ordering, friendly, fast and great food!!
I must say the gentleman every time we come here are rude and pushy. I ordered the steak because they had no pork available? No pork at a Hawaiian restaurant at 5:30pm?? they are low in production on steak so they gave me 4 small pieces. Definitely will not be back to this location. Go to the Chinden location definitely worth the drive because this place is ran by kids who are dancing and using profanity while we sit in the dining room.. such a joke!!

Online ordering took a while, but finally went to get my food. Taste amazing and the staff were on top of it. The online system did not capture a drink I ordered and the staff placed it into the bag for me for free.?

This place is great, they have never disappointed! If you're hungry, and want big portions, this is the
It was my first time here and I had high hopes, but my overall rating is actually a surprising 1/5. I wanted to order a variety with my wife so we got “da big boy” with teriyaki chicken, katsu chicken, and tempura shrimp, because they were sold out of kalua pork. With a pineapple orange drink for me and Diet Coke for my wife this ran us $25. Price was no big deal, but we expected better flavor, portions, and service. I told them it was my first time and the order went in smoothly, but it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they didn’t offer me any sauce and the rice and katsu chicken were pretty dry so I added my own teriyaki sauce at home. Extra sauce really should have been offered. The rice was very dry, which was a bit disappointing. I’ve never bought macaroni salad that tastes as if it was made with zero effort before. I could taste a little pepper and just straight mayonnaise on this macaroni and carrots. There was no hint of flavor of pickles, peppers, onions, or celery or some acidity/vinegar to cut the straight taste of mayo. Tempura shrimp was good and fried well but a bit greasy with no sauce to apply. Katsu chicken was the best part of the dish but a bit dry. Teriyaki chicken could have been sliced into bite size pieces for the plastic utensils that are available in store(see pics and yes dog got some chicken). Finally, for the quantity of food and price, save your time and money and go 1000 feet away to teriyaki madness on the NW corner of Linder/Chinden. To the owner who may read this, sorry, but this is honestly also for your insight to changing work expectations for your employees.
