I love coming here! This place is so damn amazing! The food is always delicious, the service is always quick. Our drinks are always topped off quickly, sometimes too quick. It's a family favorite.

The manager (Kim)s daughter (Annaleah) was asking and telling me to buy drugs from here there and then said she snorts coke in the back and i have the screenshots. I've also not seen them properly clean the place in 3 years or more. It looks like everyone wears the same clothes each time Ive been there. Not sanitary or kid friendly. On top of it not being professional because if you have a problem with them they will blast ypu on Facebook and then make up rumors about whoever dosent like them

Food was alright. 4 out of 10, meat was freeze burned. The cook was rude and was terrible at making my food. Essentially what you want is to have fried noodles. This man left my noodles and meat soggy with the sauces I poured in. None of my noodles soaked in the sauce while being fried. Change your cook, because aside from being terrible at his job; he’s rude. You can tell when someone doesn’t want to be where they’re at. -side note He even was on his phone lying down at a booth watching videos. The place needs some cleaning! You got time to lean you got time to clean!
The service was outstanding, lady was sweet and on top of my drinks and attending me very well. Only reason I gave it a 2 star was because of her.

I’m not one to give a bad review ever. I have been coming to this place for years- they have never had good customer service, but always gave them the benefit of the doubt. I normally get takeout but today I dined in on my lunch break, one of the cooks sat behind me my entire meal grinning and staring the entire time. I was beyond uncomfortable. The cooks are very controlling on what you put in your bowl, they will yell at you if you put “too much sauce in” or not enough. Also, they have nearly double their prices. I get inflation but never see a place raise it so high. The lady is always rude if she doesn’t like your tip amount, even tipping 20%- 30% she will be openly upset and just pointing in anger at your receipt. Very greedy, unprofessional, and uncaring establishment.

Mongolian BBQ is even better as leftovers. Family loves coming here.
We went here to get lunch and as soon as we went up to put items into our bowl, the staff was following us and staring at us. Then the cook started yelling at us saying he will charge us extra because our bowls looked overfilled. No need to yell and get nasty. Customer service needs work. Treating customers rudely is not necessary. Maybe you should create the portions with a menu if you're going to flip out over customers and get overly panicked over nothing.
