Mountain Mike's Pizza

We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with wings, both were great! The pepperoni was crispy. We froze the rest of the pizza, reheated in the air fryer and it was awesome!

They use door dash for delivery, your food will arrive cold and flattened.

I also had to walk 4 houses down because the door dash system is so terrible. I intentionally avoid these terrible app delivery services for a reason.

Avoid delivery at all costs.

The good, plenty of toppings, except sauce. The service was good, made sure to ask if we wanted parmesan and peppers at pickup. The Bad, the crust appears to be pre-made, but I could be wrong. It was very thick, doughy on top, and didn't have much flavor. There was very little sauce and I couldn't really taste it. The ranch tastes like it was pre-made. We struggled to find cheese in the not knots. Pay attention to the price, a large half pepperoni, half pepperoni, sausage, tomato, pineapple, jalapeno, a not Knots and a cup of ranch was about $43. Typical to go pizza atmosphere. Everything appeared clean.

My husband and I were out running errands before dinner. I'm sure my husband wasn't impressed with the stores we went to to run my errands at. So for torturing my husband for shopping with me, I thought I'd buy my husband his favorite food.

We don't have a Mountain Mike's in our area so this will be fun for the both of us to try out. I have heard some great things about this pizza joint. I was excited to see that they have a salad bar with all sorts of goodies. I was sold on the salad bar. My husband got a small pizza with half cheese half salami on it.

I started myself off with the salad bar. I loaded that baby up with all sorts of toppings. I appreciate that they have artichoke hearts and green olives. I loaded my salad with a little bit of everything! Tomatoes, cucumber, jalapenos, sliced eggs, grabonzo beans... You name it, it was on my salad. I like that they have little cups out for the dressing. Who wants to be stuck with one dressing option? I grabbed the Italian, blue cheese and ranch.

My husband's pizza looked fabulous! It was perfectly baked. The cheese was nice and melty. The crust looked golden. The salami was crispy on the edges. Of course I had to have a small slice of it.

I love that the cheese was placed all the way to the crust! It made the whole slice enjoyable. The sauce to cheese ratio was great, saucey and cheesy! Whoever made the pizza didn't skimp on the salami. The crust was thin and not overwhelming thick. The small was the perfect size for the two of us. We still had a half a pizza to take home! My salad was so good! I loved the green olives and artichoke hearts which aren't options at other pizza salad bars. The cherry tomatoes and cucumber were fresh. Each bite of my salad was different cause of all the goodies put on it! The ranch dressing was good! The blue cheese dressing a good, it had huge chunks of blue cheese! The Italian was ok, it's Italian. The one thing I didn't enjoy about the salad was picking out all the old and slimy pieces of lettuce. I can understand a few but it was a lot. I wouldn't want to eat it so I would never serve it to my guests.

The gentleman that helped us today was great! He was nice when he took our order. I was still full from my huge lunch so I didn't really eat much of my salad. He was great and gave me a to go box for it. I reassured him that I was only taking what I plated earlier. Most places don't give out boxes for all you can eat.

Pizza was legit. Salad bar was great. Service was nice. And they have a game room! Hopefully they will open a joint in our area, it'll be nice to have good pizza by us.

I do really like this place but was very disappointed with the wings. About the size of a quarter. Not ok to charge full price for a 1/4 of the size

Sadly last night was the first and last time we would try this pizza place. We ordered two large pizzas. Both came completely soaked with wet toppings and the first half inch was raw dough. RAW! We couldn’t even eat it. Wasn’t worth $75.

Normally when I call a pizza place and say, hey I'd like a pizza delivered to my house,They say sure and then I give them money and my address and they deliver the pizza to me in the time frame that was agreed upon. This place is different. They deal with doordash. They didn't tell me that and so I waited an hour and a half for my pizza and eventually had to call and find out that a doordasher was not assigned to my order for some reason. Then they told me that we can wait another 10 minutes and if it doesn't get picked up they will just refund my money. I waited and nobody called me back so I called them and canceled the order. I ordered Idaho Pizza company instead and they were happy to take my money. Hopefully I received my refund in three business days. I don't know why you have the system that you do, but I know that Idaho Pizza company and Smoky mountain Pizza don't have issues like this.

Bell pepper, onion & mushrooms on our pizza were sliced so thin they came out burnt. The pieces that were not burnt contributed no flavor to the pizza whatsoever.

This is a great pizza parlor.

The pizza is extremely dry with no sauce and could use more cheese. It’s basically overpriced breadsticks. I really hope they fix this. Their toppings are great and they could make really good pizza if they fixed the issue with no sauce and adding more cheese. I’ve tried it several times and it’s the exact same issue each time.

I tried the lunch buffet today. It was my first time here.
1) the pizza crust is pretty good. Right thickness and texture.
2) the buffet is barebones with few choices.
3) I asked if a supreme pizza would be made available. The employee was dishonest when he put out a pizza with pepper, onion, pepperoni and linguica and told me it was their supreme. I saw on the menu that the supreme has more ingredients including sausage.
4) not many people come to this location during lunch buffet which might explain why the pizzas have few ingredients on them, in particular barely any meats.

In short, it’s okay and imagine that just ordering a pizza would be better but if you want pizza buffet go to Idaho Pizza. They have more variety and don’t try to put less ingredients.

I love the pizza at this place but another reason I like this place is because it serves good beer on tap. Today they told me they can't serve me a beer because nobody is old enough to pour it. There are a lot of pizza places around. You're messing up one of the reasons why I come here.
