Mountain Mike's Pizza

I love the pizza at this place but another reason I like this place is because it serves good beer on tap. Today they told me they can't serve me a beer because nobody is old enough to pour it. There are a lot of pizza places around. You're messing up one of the reasons why I come here.

We ordered two 10” pizzas at 2:58 PM. We waited … and waited … for 25 minutes for our pizza. There were only a couple of other customers in the restaurant. There were four workers in the back, but the one who took our order was the only one that wasn't lounging around. One of the two girls was fixing the hair of the other who was drinking a soda. Another man was in the back, but I wasn’t sure what he was doing. When we approached the counter to ask about our pizzas, the girl apologized and said that she was the only one working “on the line” and that they had received several online pick up orders. She told us that our pizza would be ready in 2 minutes. 6 minutes later, she came out with one of the two pizzas, stated that she was sorry for the delay, and asked how she could compensate us for the delay. We just told her that there would be a negative review and left it at that. She went back and delivered the second pizza a couple of minutes later. When she came back the second time she said, “I could give you a full refund.” We weren't going to demand a full refund for good food, but felt they should have been more proactive about advising us of the delay and of providing some kind of compensation that we didn't have to request. We felt bad for the girl, but two 10” pizzas for sit-down customers should not take 35 minutes after being ordered.

I came here with my family and few weeks ago. We got seated pretty quickly. The staff was nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We tried to boneless buffalo wings they were pretty good. Great crispness and spice level. The ranch was good but didn't have a whole lot of flavor. We got pepperoni and a bacon pizza. The bacon pizza is a must try it has ham, pizza and chives. It was really good. The pepperoni pizza was good and the pepperonis were crispy. They have a littke arcade for kids. It's a great place to watch sports and chill.

Tried to call in an order for delivery to the eagle road location and even though it is closer to my home than the Linder location I never could get anyone to answer the phone the girl on the phone was condescending and unapologetic extremely poor customer service

Crust was cooked perfectly, cheese was plentiful and melty, toppings were distributed impeccably. Outstanding pizza experience.

Ordered online, waited over an hour and they delivered the wrong order. Called in and the female who answered the phone informed me that they had given delivery driver the wrong order. Only offer was for me to come in and pickup a 3 hour old pizza myself. I understand that mistakes happen, but just provide good customer service

Ordered pizza after a long day. Waited over an hour before calling for a status update. Was told it was out for delivery. Waited another 20 minutes before calling back. Was told so sorry was a really busy day and order was refunded. Had a PBJ sandwich for dinner, hoping pizza would eventually arrive. Went back online and saw our order was cancelled! Terrible customer service from Mountain Mikes pizza. If you order from Meridian Mountain Mikes be sure to have a back up plan.

Cold pizza is always the best after not getting the delivery and having to come pick it up 2 hours later. Placed my order at 5:37 and just now at 7:10 got my food. Not cool.

We love Mountain Mike's. This is the first time we had an issue. Pizza delivered raw dough, uncooked toppings. I called after asking to speak to management because the young lady who answered the phone denied I had a problem and did not offer an alternative. I had a redeliver and it still was doughy and toppings not cooked well. No crispy pepperoni etc the delivery driver was so kind and I know they did try.

I worked here for over two years and absolutely loved the people I worked with and the environment but I cannot recommend this place to anyone their pizza is incredibly basic like a store bought one you can throw in your oven, it’s very expensive, the crust is very rarely less than 24hours old (it’s supposed to be), and their salad bar is usually very neglected . Recently the owners have opened more locations and have become increasingly negligent towards this location and it’s staff a bad review was left about one of our employees not handling a situation correctly and instead of solving the issue the owners decided to fire me before even figuring out what happened. If you’re looking for good pizza go to Johnny Bronx or uncle bobs if you like thicker crust and beer. Thanks for taking the time to read this have an amazing day <3

**UPDATE**
I was contacted by the owner who was incredibly apologetic and offered to remedy the situation as well as make sure my negative experience does not happen again. This is quite agreeable and demonstrates quality care of customers. I'm more than happy to now recommend this location and Mountain Mike's in general. Can't beat the pepperoni cups!

I only provide this brief summary to add context to what occurred: significant delay on pizza order and indifference from staff. Pizza was quite tasty and hit my nostalgia brain center in a very pleasant way.
