Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, I made the mistake of thinking they were like every other company, and gave you cream cheese on the side. Instead they gave me my bagel cover and I mean cover in cream cheese. Then when I opened the bagel there were bits of something in the créame cheese. My Italian cream soda was mediocre and had no whip cream, even though I had ordered it. Not going to this location again.
The blond guy makes good coffee 👍

Bad service
Took 15 minutes for 2 simple drinks
This cute little shop has a very friendly staff with affordable coffee and sandwiches right in the same spot, it had comfortable seating, and a very clean atmosphere. I’m not a big fan of the moxie Java coffee but the white chocolate mocha from here was very sweet and refreshing.

The car in front of us was handed are drinks at the window. They had the drinks in the car for several minutes while the food order was being prepared. The customer handed are drinks back to the manager. When we pulled up they handed us the same drinks. I told them to remake them because the mix up. The manager was awful rude and did not want to remake them. Finally they did. Horrible experience with the manager.
Wanted a Moxie and was in the area so went through the drive thru here. I was hesitant because it was a blimpie-moxie (should've trusted my gut) but figured it's moxie so it can't be THAT bad.
Famous last words.
Ordered a fairly simple drink I get at my local moxie 2ish times a week on average lately. Only person in the drive thru and it took no joke 15 minutes sitting there waiting.
Secondly they overcharged for the drink, normally with any drink you already get flavor in you get the syrup for free, but they charged for that so it was $1 more than normal. Which you know is whatever, I was willing to look it over like no big deal right.
Well then I finally get the drink (which was in a 3rd party cup by the way, not a moxie cup, again only a minor knock but they're adding up) and take a sip- horrible. Way too sweet.
I go inside and the worker lady sees me and continues to clean the bar, not even acknowledging me (these little things are now not so little piled up like this). In short, she refused to make a new drink because she made what I ordered, despite the fact it was not at all the same drink I normally get from any other moxie (also I guess she thought I was trying to get a freebie and keep the old one????). So I ask if we can refund the whole thing if it's gonna be a problem and just call it good. But no, she can't do refunds and her manager doesn't like to come in on Sundays (huh?). She ended up remaking it anyways which I appreciated, even though it still was not up to the moxie standard (maybe that's why they don't have the actual cups?).
Tldr: this place sucks at customer service. The vibe is fine but you're risking a bad time. If your order isn't spot on then you're cooked.

The baristas know what I want and are always bright and cheerful.
They use a wonderful roast in all of their coffees. There is even an "Old Man's" reserved table!
Kid-friendliness: Many children come with their parents!

Fix your hours. Its just poor service to not have your correct hours posted and then leave people to wait at the drive thru with no answer.

Waited for over fifteen minutes in the drive thru, no line, just one person before us who had one coffee that took six minutes for some reason, then our two coffees took forever. When we finally got them, one was terrible- they forgot the peppermint and the mocha in an iced peppermint mocha. Just a watery iced coffee. Will not visit this location again.

Super delicious, I loved the coffee and the very nice everyone was very helpful ?
Came in on Father’s Day around 2:30pm. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in and asked about how safe it would be for me to eat here with celiacs disease. I was advised that there was a good chance of cross contamination so I chose not to get a sandwich. The lady that was explaining it to me suddenly became agitated when I said I’d pass on the sandwich and just order a coffee. The eye roll, the sigh, and the dirty looks mixed with whispering to a male coworker when I walked away was just uncomfortable. When I walked over to the coffee counter, I was trying to make small talk with the barista (a completely different employee) so I mentioned how I wasn’t try to be rude by not eat and explaining how sick gluten makes me. She gave me a dirty look and made a snarky comment about how it’s my diet and my choice. Having celiacs disease is having an autoimmune disease and it most definitely is NOT my choice. Eating out is hard for me and it’s even harder when employees are rude about it. My coffee tasted amazing but was NOT worth being treated like an inconvenience or dealing with snobby employees. Wouldn’t recommend.

So many options where do you start? Faves are seasonal pumpkin. Regular drink is raspberry and caramel mocha. White chocolate and lavender is mom's fave. Endless possibilities!
