I genuinely enjoy the smoothies that I get at this coffee shop in fact I even go out of my way on the weekends to get myself the smoothie but the wait times for this shop is insane. Every time I order at the drive thru or even inside the shop it takes over 15 minutes for one drink. Mind you the times I am going in to order or drive through I am maybe one of the only people in the shop or in the drive thru. You guys need to evaluate your wait times for the drive thru as well as inside. Today I went to get a smoothie after my work out and sat in the drive thru window waiting to order. Over 10 minutes went by before I decided to pull up to the actual window where I sat longer. Finally almost 17 minutes of sitting waiting just to order my drink a woman informs me that they are too busy with other orders and asked if I could go inside to order after I’ve already been sitting there. I said no thank you as o was appalled by that response and instead of apologizing for the wait for that she won’t take my order she just said okay and closed the window. Owners and managers of this shop need to do better I put up with it due to me liking this particular smoothie but the disregard to customers in the drive thru is not okay. Also time management for your baristas should be re evaluated.

Great chai latte- will say the guy who was playing Christmas music made the coffee shop a little louder than I’d usually expect. He was good, just unexpected for a coffee shop. I had a poppy seed lemon muffin which I enjoyed and took home a discount day old muffin.

This place which is tucked away off of Chinden is amazing. Great people, really flavorful roasted (almost smoky) coffee which has a different flavor profile than anywhere else I've tried. Highly recommended!

I enjoy the food and coffee, but when ordering coffee and food to go they need to make the coffee once the food is done. The coffee was lukewarm after waiting on the food. The food is very slow to come out.

I went hungry today, and wanted something flavorful! I ordered the classic breakfast burrito, and it was delicious!! Warm, with a great depth of flavor - and the house made salsa is 🔥!! Exactly what I needed, I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!
The staff is always super friendly, and the vibe is cozy and quaint! Love this place🙌🏻🤍🙌🏻🤍

Their coffee is pretty bitter and not good. I think a simple adjustment on their espresso machine might help.

Oh my gosh I just went to Nazca for the first time and it was absolutely amazing! I got the grasshopper and the veggie burrito and they were both sooo good! Sydney was so sweet and made the grasshopper perfectly! I also got to meet the owner Kaitlyn as well. She was also so nice! Thank you all for the beautiful Sunday morning experience. This place has really good energy. Whether u wanna jam out, watch your kids run wild, or even meditate. I loved the ambiance, music, and everything in-between. Definitely will be back when I'm in the area and will be recommending to all of my family and friends in the meridian/eagle area! Thanks again Nazca!

Usually really friendly service and great coffee. The cafe could use a little updating and was kind of dirty when we last visited.
