I paid extra for shrimp and didn’t get it. Ordered through uber eats. Disappointing.

First time we've ever been to this chain. The food was very good. There were 5 of us and we each got something different so we could try a variety of dishes. They were all good. I would have been happy eating any one of the dishes we ordered. The staff was very polite and the service was good. The restaurant was clean and pleasant.

Noodles & Company at the Village is disappointing. The noodles are consistently overcooked and soggy, which makes the dishes less enjoyable. The flavors are decent, but the texture really holds it back. For the price, I expect better quality. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Vegetarian options: Most noodle bowls come with a vegetarian option, if not a default vegetarian selection.

I was a regular there while I worked nearby, the restaurant as always clean and MOST of the staff was friendly. My son works at this location and use to enjoy his work. I have witness MANY employees whom of which I had gotten to know leave the company due to management issues. The GM John has made the work environment pretty toxic and has treated a lot of the employees there pretty bad which in my opinion is what has caused all the turnover. Customer interaction use to be a really good experience till a lot of the employees have started to leave. The food is still good and would definitely recommend that part of it to anyone.
