I've been a member of their birthday club for years. I've always received an email for a free bundlet on my birthday. This year I didn't receive an email, but went into the store with my Driver's License on my birthday to hopefully receive one. Without the email, I could not get my free bundlet. I was terribly disappointed. I had planned to purchase several along with my free one because I have several favorites and wanted to share with friends. Terrible customer service. I will likely never step in that door again. So disappointing.

The young man that helped me today was great! I ordered 2 dozen bundtinis and a small cake. He helped us with our order. We did have to wait for the order to be completed. He had it all ready for us as by the time we walked in!
The only complaint I have is that some of the frosting was frosted all lopsided. Esthetically it really annoyed my cause I wanted everything perfect. When you put your candles in the middle, it looked all wonky.

It is my 21st birthday and I have gone to my local Nothing Bundt Cakes since I was 18, every year on my birthday. 4 years of showing my ID and being met with a smile and a happy birthday. This is the first year I have been met with a nasty attitude, judgey energy, and a Karen like tone and hand gestures from the lady behind the counter. She tried to tell me that I have never gotten one for free without an app, confirmation and ID. when I had my ID out and ready to show her. Really great way to start my day... Happy 21st Birthday to me!!

For my sister….. the women that were working that day were completely bothered that she came in to pick up a cake and acted like it was a huge inconvenience. The order was placed online and was paid for and they argued that they didn’t even have said order. My mom finally got the cake and left just floored and how they treated her. We will not be doing business with them until they work on how they talk and treat customers. Body language and tone can shape your experience and this y’all fall short on.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has become our go-to for birthday celebrations. We have gotten the tiny bundtinis, the bundtlets, and the full-size cakes and they’ve all been delicious. My personal favorite is the confetti cake, though I cannot wait until the seasonal flavor, Churro Dulce de Leche, comes back. The ratio of frosting to cake is perfect and the cakes are never dry. The service has always been friendly and I love the gifts and trinkets that the storefront offers as well. Give them a try!
Kudos to Nothing Bundt Cakes for a very last-minute order of 260 bundtinis for a memorial service dinner on April 30. The manager of the shop, Taylorm made every effort to get this handled working effectively with her team at the Meridian store. We so appreciated this, and everyone commented how delicious these bundtinis were and the large variety of flavors. They even had bundlets for those who were gluten free. I highly recommend them for catering your various dessert needs!

A long wait for a line of people who ordered ahead. There were at least 3 people working, one person sitting in a chair in the back room, and only one person taking care of customers. There was also a hair and fruit fly in my bundtini box. So I guess a great reminder just to bake from home. Also after reading the other reviews, it is clear the owner is still as inactive in the store as she always has been. There is bad customer service because no one is trained.

I didn't actually go into the store, but had given my husband specific instructions for my 50th birthday and it involved carrot cake and a link to the website because I had heard good things from a friend. Sweet Baby Jesus, I've died and gone to heaven. He came home with a mix of mini bundts, carrot cake and lemon blueberry. SO GOOD! And he's big on service and no complaints from him. Thank you for helping me cope with hitting the half century mark! I say poo, poo to those bad reviews!
