Great place to buy cakes! I've bought most of my cakes here and I have always had a great experience. The girls that work there have great customer service skills & very friendly. I recently went in to buy a cake that was sold out online, and they made it happen !?Parking: So much parking!Kid-friendliness: They have great cake flavors for all ages! My kids love the confetti cake?
My sister recommended to try Nothing Bundt Cakes. Picked up dozen bundtlets, got every flavor except the gluten free chocolate chip. My family did enjoy the bundtlets very much!It’s, soft, delicious and it’s a nice treat to get once in a while.It’s a little on the pricey side, but it’s worth it!

This review has nothing to do with the food. In fact I have stressed on whether or not to post. I interviewed for a position here (which after my interview I was going to decline regardless), my interview process was very unprofessional. Sophia the young lady who interviewed me spent the entire interview texting on her phone. Regardless of it was for business or what have you, it was very rude, very unprofessional, and I hope whomever is interviewed next has a much better experience.

Picked up a dozen different "bundtini" favors at Nothing Bundt Cake to sample for wedding choices. In and out super quick. I loved the little glossary table that told me all the flavors...such a great idea. Super yummy cakes and love the frosting.

Terrible. Ordered a cake for Christmas. Cake was dry and no flavor. Now I see why they have such a poor rating. Do not buy from them. You can get a better cake from Albertsons for half the price. Save your money and don’t buy from them.

this was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced anywhere! The manager Taylor blamed her poor behavior on the owner. I have received my free birthday bunt cake every year and have been a faithful customer for 10+ years, but she would not give me my cake because I was having issues with my email. I had my ID to prove today is my actual birthday but she would not budge. My frien was purchasing a cake, so we were spending money in the store. Over a $6 cake she was able to loose two customers permanentl!

I LOVE Nothing Bundt Cakes. I have never had a bad experience. I love the frosting and how fluffy the cakes are. My all-time favorite flavor is White Chocolate Raspberry. I just got the pop of flavor Churro Dulce De Leche and am super excited to try that one. By the looks of it, its gonna taste amazing. They should make that a permanent flavor :)

Came in to redeem a bundlett for my birthday. It was so disappointing how unfriendly the staff were. Very cold, and not friendly at all. It felt like it was such a pain for them to be interrupted and wait on us, and the place was empty. Also, you really need to offer napkins and plastic forks...how are you supposed to eat the dang thing? You guys really need to step it up. What a downer just to be in there. Such a disappointment.

I’m actually more disappointed than I’ve been in a long time. I’m traveling from Utah to La Grande Oregon and my departure plans changed, my family loves the raspberry chocolate and its treat for those in a small town.First off, you get automated phone recording and have to type in numbers talk to someone. I get through, explain I left at 5 am- plans changed, I’m 25 minutes out and wanted to know if they had that cake flavor to pick up. She said they usually do but I’d need to order online to guarantee or wait 15-20 minutes.I said: are you at the store, she said yes so I asked if they had that cake available she said I’d need to wait because she can’t take payment by phone.I again explained, I’ve been driving 5 hours with 3 to go and I’m pregnant due in a few weeks, I don’t want to get off the freeway if they don’t have the cake.This is a simple conversation: I said I understood if someone comes in in the next 20 minutes but I’m 22 minutes away, so they have it right now?She responded- yes we do but if someone buys it you’ll have to wait.What kinda service is this??? This isn’t-a complex conversation.Honestly, if I hadn’t committed to bringing a N-Bundt cake, I’d have passed this location in a second and I certainly won’t go back to this location after today
