I don't get why this place has negative reviews. Drinks are phenomenal! There's so many interesting flavors and extras you can add to your drink. Cute decor. Polite and quick staff. All around great!

The drinks aren't oversaturated with sugar, so if that's what you want, go to some other place. I think this place is definitely a work in progress as the decor inside is not fully established.
The drinks are quite good. It doesn't feel like my insides are being turned into black tar like if I were to get a drink from Dutch Bros. Americans love sugar WAY too much, hence the negative reviews on this place.
I enjoy that the ingredients are fresh, and stuff is made from scratch. Not everything in life needs to be made in factories or pander to us mindless American consumers. Maybe our tastebuds are so fried that we struggle with tasting different things? Who knows. I know this place isn't as bad as others have said. I've been here a bunch and ordered a lot of different things, and I enjoy it. Thank you for not being another drink shop whose sole purpose is to hook people like crack addicts on your drinks.

Disappointed to see the low reviews of this place. I truly believe that overall they are a 5 star establishment. Everything was fantastic from service to atmosphere. The only thing I can really say is that the tapioca boba itself was only about a 4/5. However, their prices are lower than local competitors.

I've been wanting to try this place since i drive by it going to costco for a while now and i finally got to and Wow! I ordered the fresh ube tea and it's so good!! I love that it's made with real ube!!! I prefer that than the typical fake syrup or powder. Also I can't believe their boba is made in-house from scratch! It's so good!!! I want to try their fresh taro next time! The owner was there and she is so sweet!

I went here when I was craving some boba and it really hit the spot! When I walked in, the employees were super friendly and very helpful. I decided to get the Taro with Butterfly Pea tea and was warned that it was REAL blended Taro, not the usual Taro you get from other boba shops. I decided to try it anyway and was very happy with it! While I like the flavor of Taro that I've gotten from other shops, it usually makes my stomach feel a little sick with how sweet it is. This was the perfect balance of sweetness but not so sweet it made me feel gross after. I'll definitely be going back and would highly recommend!

The store is clean and has an upbeat vibe. The service was quick and friendly. The food and Boba are delectable! The server has great talent in making delicious drinks and chocolate croissants! HIGHLY recommend❤️

Went here twice in the same week to see if it was good, and I had two different drinks. The first time, I had the ginger honey tea and it was delicious!! Probably one of my favorite flavors, ginger is awesome and the house made boba is amazing. The croissant I had with it was great too! Very flaky and buttery. I was happy with my food and drink and the woman at the counter was professional and friendly!
The second time made me not want to come back :( I had asked the guy at the counter for a suggestion, and said I'd like a clear tea that would go well with the coconut jelly that I wanted to try this time. He recommended the coconut butterfly (?) drink and said it was popular, and asked if I wanted it iced. I asked if they made blended drinks too, and he said yes, so I asked for it blended instead. *To be fair, he DID put the drink in the blender*, I even heard it run, but he didn't add ice?? Served it to me iced, with coconut milk added. So neither blended nor clear, which is fine enough. I'm not too picky! I took the drink and left. It turned out to be one of the most bland teas I've ever had. It tasted like watered down coconut milk that had briefly sat next to a sealed bag of sugar in a past life. The boba was sweeter than the actual drink. I was very disappointed, and for being a $7 drink it made me a little upset. I finished it because I wasn't about to waste $7, but I probably won't be coming back. I like to try new flavors and the options so far being "pretty good!" and "this was a mistake" are not good enough odds to justify driving all the way back to spin the wheel again.
I would like to keep coming back because I'd rather support a smaller business that makes a lot of their items in house than a commercial chain that imports their ingredients from a manufacturer, but something in the recipes needs to change! I've read through the reviews and seen what others have said regarding lack of flavor/sweetness/etc. and I really have to agree. It's wild how one drink is perfect, and the second was like it wasn't even taste tested before being added to the menu.
TL;DR: staff is friendly, croissants are good, but the drinks themselves are very hit or miss. I probably won't return.

Not impressed. Basic decor and the food and Boba is mediocre at best. Food and drinks don't taste fresh. Seems like leftovers or items from Costco. Yuck. The staff couldn't even answer a simple question about the items they served. Will not go there again.
Tried this place and found the drinks to be quite good. The Boba was warm when added to the drink so it was more squishy than I prefer. However after sitting for a but with the ice they were more chewy and the drink was great! My husband tried the butterfly (I think!) Drink w/Boba and also enjoyed. Said the flavor grew on him and ended up liking it.

Terrible experience here: 1- server barely spoke English, couldn't understand simple questions about drink orders, 2- we asked for light ice so he gave us only 3/4 of the cup which is already a small, skinny cup, 3- wayyyyy overcharging for small cups of boba tea, 4-quality of tea is awful- I'll never be going here again
