Google said this location closes at 10pm. I arrived at 8:45pm. Chairs already up, soda machine already torn apart, 75% of food already put away. The floor was completely wet. Obviously the employees were trying to close up early and hoping no customers would show up. Nothing but a bunch of lazy Millennials and Gen Z.

Food was good as usual, it took about 10 minutes to get some of our food, but all in all I like Panda.
Food is what you expect from Panda. The issue was with the service. We used Panda's app to order for delivery. For some reason, they had an issue with pick up and canceled the order - but not until 45 mins after estimated delivery time, and after I had called to find out what was going on. The employees in store were then less than understanding, even after I drove over to figure this out. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Highly recommend not coming here after 8:30. More than half of the entrees aren't even there. I thought when I came in they were closing so I asked. The young lady told me they don't close until 10:00 but they start putting food away when no one comes in which is kind of funny because I was in line. So unless you only like orange chicken and food that looks like has been sitting out for quite a while, I recommend coming in at lunch time

Food was good, portions were good. I got the bigger plate that included; Chow Mien, Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef (not pictured) and Honey Walnut Shrimp ($1.50 extra).
If I could give them 0 stars i would. They're disrespectful to customers and their food is hard and gross. tastes like they dont cook the food All the way through. I'm never going back there again...

We ordered dinner via their website delivery, only to find my entrees never made it into the container. Prepared to be upset (and hungry), we made a call back to the restaurant anyway. The manager was super kind and drove our missing food over himself - with a fresh side and extra spring rolls. I think that one goes in the "above and beyond" category! Thank you!
The food was great and good quality. The person who made my meal was a very nice person. The atmosphere was pretty good too

Took about 2 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we walked in or take our order, despite being the only ones in line. They only had half the food ready to order with the rest either super old and near empty, or with a sign saying the can cook some. The point of fast food is not to wait 10 minutes for them to cook the meal but for it to be ready to order.

I placed an order on line that was $60. For fast food, I consider that a pretty big order… online said it would be ready at 7:05. Husband got there at 7:00 they had 5/6 meals done and were waiting on one. They said 2-3 minutes. 7:17 the ONE meal is not ready all the rest have been sitting on the counter for almost 20 minutes and they still couldn’t give a time line. I had to call and talk to manager Jacob who was much nicer than the kid who picked up the phone and laughed at me. But still nothing was done. The broccoli beef had 1 piece of beef all the rest was mushy cold broccoli which I included a photo of. $60 for cold mushy food, and pretty pathetic customer service. I most definitely won’t be ordering here ever again.
