We made an order to go only noodles and we went to another store came back to pick food up and it took 20 minutes to get a pick up order that was suppose to be ready while we were at other store .disappointed w service should be faster for pick up

Stopped in for Panda Express after not going for quite a while, mainly because the food often tastes like it’s been sitting out. While I was in line I saw them finish a fresh batch of orange chicken, so I asked if I could get some of the fresh batch. Instead, I watched the employee take the new batch and mix it directly into the tray with the older chicken. When they came back I said I had been hoping to get the fresh stuff, and the response I got was “first in, first out.” The more I thought about it afterward, the more unappetizing it felt. If every new batch gets mixed into the old tray, that means pieces could potentially be sitting there for a long time, getting reheated and mixed again with each new batch. There’s no way to know how old some of it might actually be. That experience pretty much ruined my appetite for going back. When customers see a fresh batch come out and ask for it, they expect fresh food, not a mix of old and new.

WORST AND SLOWEST RUDEST SERVICE IVE HAD. It shouldn’t take 50 minutes and 20 minutes passed it being “ready” to get 3 kids meals. Completely unacceptable. Why mark it ready in your system if it’s not! I can walk in and out in 5 minutes but I place it on the app it’s going to take over 50?

My favorite Panda Express location in the world. Staff is incredible food is great. I’ve been coming to this location for at least 15 years. I came today on Christmas Eve, they may be a little short staffed but the crew is fast, polite and couldn’t ask for anything better. Great job crew.

My wife and I had panda from here like 2 weeks ago. Fresh and amazing. Tonight, I couldn't even finish half of it. Something was off. The rice tasted real weird, and then the orange chicken did too. Beijing beef looked like it was sitting out all day and smelled like garbage juice. Management outta check the cameras for mishandling of food because something was not right. Will never eat from this location again.
