Just ended a twelve hour drive. Picked up dinner to take to the hotel. Got into the room to find we had NO FORKS. SERIOUSLY?? we ended up eating by hand. What a major disappointment.

They were out of half their menu items during lunch time. They mysteriously brought fresh fried rice when they still had plenty, but had no chow mein prepared. Poorly run place, unfriendly employees. I left with no food. I was tired of waiting for food that should have been ready.
They serve more vegetables than meat. I ordered several types of meat and it was a surprise to find some protein, and it only happens here because it's not like that in other places I go.

Solid 4 stars. The food was nice except for the rangoons and the rice. Both were old and the rangoons were pretty stale. Other than that, seems to be a rather well-kept store. It was clean and tidy.

Just picked up an order. Extremely busy, line out the door. Started very slowly. But then, someone named Ashlyn came out and moved a few employees around, clearly seeing where their strengths and weaknesses were. The line immediately moved quicker. She jumped in and helped at each station while also helping a clearly new employee find where napkins were kept in the back to re-stock out front. This could have been an incredibly stressful situation, but Ashlyn kept her and all of her employees cool under pressure. I was extremely impressed and will be back to this location if for no other reason than the impressive execution by the staff! Big kudos to you all!
