Literally waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me and no one inside!! I left. That’s ridiculous. Service is shitty do not recommend

Absolutely love Panda Express it is one of my best Chinese restaurant here in us, the fried rice, noodles stir fry, teriyaki chicken is my best meal

This has to be the worst location- did they get the same recipe book??? The fried rice is never correct - it’s bland and the rice is basically white- the chow main also is highly under seasoned or sauced- the noodles are also almost white - they should look brown- I gave it 3 months in between visits and it’s just hasn’t improved- I’ve been eating panda for years- it’s usually pretty consistent!

Got an order of Honey Chicken and Cream Cheese Wontons for take out and got food poisoning. Probably never going to this Panda Express again.

We ordered off the catering menu online. Order was ready on time, staff was very polite and professional. Manager was accommodating and let me change my order. Cashier insisted on helping me carry out my bags. Was very impressed with the customer service!

Would give negative stars if possible. I placed a online app order, waiting 30 minutes went to the store and my order wasn't even being prepared. All of the employees then proceed to ignore me while I'm standing there trying to get my order. One guy even walked away from. Straight up left and started helping someone else.

What a terrible experience! We ordered through Uber Eats. The first thing on the list is Orange Chicken (as usual). However, it turns out that they have a “promotional” spicy Orange Chicken. And, it is ridiculously spicy, so unless you have an insanely high spice tolerance, that it is inedible. And, because they mix all their food together, it made most of the rest of the food inedible as well. We called the restaurant and they said they wouldn’t fix our order. The manager, Carolyn Beaman, was actually quite rude about it.
