I'm a pretty big Panera fan as it's more wholesome food than a lot of other "fast food" places you can go to. They have good selections of soups, sandwiches and more. The store is usually neat and well kept. I have noticed through the years that the quality of the soups has declined a bit and are not as thick as they used to be and are more watery, such as in the French onion soup. Nothing major, but still just something I have noticed. Unfortunately as with many places, pricing has gotten pretty steep and some (not all) the menu items are getting a bit high for the respective product you get. Nothing directly the fault of the location as they have no control over any of it, as it's just another corporate chain establishment. But, overall good location with solid Panera expected quality. Kudos- speed of product. From time of ordering either as pickup on the app or in store dining has been superb. 👍

I’m always a fan of Panera . While this time , I felt disappointed. When I picked up the order, they forgot to put my coffee cup . Then , when I tasted the food and the food was sour . I think it should be from yesterday. I don’t want to say anything. But I hope they could do a better job in the future.

Drove 20 minutes and got 4 bread bowls and a few cookies to go. Got back home and they had not given us bread bowls. Called. The manager was extremely unhelpful. Drove all the way back and they said it was going to be 15 minutes to bake bread bowls. Offered nothing for the inconvenience. Manager was rude. Finally got money back for bread bowls. They made us pay for cookies. Don’t go here!

We brought the family for lunch on a Monday and waited forty minutes for our order. Our toddler had reached his limit and we ended up having to ask them to wrap it up to go because we had waited far, far too long.
Should really give you twice as much French baguette for the soup. Ording online, they are out of the bread the sandwich is supposed to come on, yet the price stays the same to put it on basic bread.

Food is always good. That being said, I did an online order where you pickup through drive through. I typically go to the Nampa location so I assumed directions were the same and you skip the ordering box and go straight to the window. My bad for assuming. I got up to the window and the individual working asked my name. Then in a very RUDE tone. She said for future reference you need to stop at the box. Then she shut the window. She brought back my order and gave it to me and said nothing and shut the window. On top of all that we had already sat in line for 20 ish minutes. I totally was okay waiting but after that interactions my entire experience was a big 0 stars if I could give it.

I really like Panera food but have to agree with other reviews regarding portions and pricing. I know times are tough but for example if the soup is $7.99 for a ‘bowl’ at least fill it up. I’ve bought the autumn squash soup more than once recently and was disappointed today that all 3 bowls were not full and missing the pepitas.

Nice atmosphere and fast service ! I had an avocado toast and drip coffee. Avocado toast was ok. The avocado was chewy and not soft. The coffee was good.
