A new Panera location. It is very clean. I want to commend the manager, Craig, for being so courteous, friendly, professional, and organized. He has a very cool and patient attitude. This stood out to me and I really appreciated him. I want to specifically mention the yummy desserts. The pecan braid is a seasonal item that is a must have. Also the autumn squash soup and harvest medley chicken is an excellent choice.

Either the manager is lying to me or Panera Bread has switched their oatmeal to water with oats floating in it and cold which is what the manager would have me believe. Very disappointed in the customer service very disappointed in Panera Bread and its standards dropping so dramatically. It used to be the best oatmeal out there. Farewell to Panera Bread.

No coffee at peak times of morning, Supposedly it serve yourself you would think that someone would be checking to make sure that there is copy out when they’re selling it. Very poor Service practice

Diners Beware
3 visits to Paneras Meridian place in Chinden.
Twice I found hair in my sandwich- I was offered a cookie the first time and told people are supposed to be wearing hair nets.
I reported the incident to the management and to the health department.
A week ago Tuesday, I picked up a sandwich at drive through. It had 2 hairs in the sandwich. I’ve been out of town and will be calling the company and the health department again. I’m done eating at the Chinden Meridian place though.

The food was amazing but the service was outstanding! We were treated like family and beyond taken care of. It was fast, clean, and the food was perfect. Everyone was upbeat and positive.

Drive through takes forever. They served me chicken noodle soup with a bowl of broth, 4 noodles, and no chicken. Don't go here.

The chicken bacon rancher does not taste the same as it did back in the spring time. The chicken tastes freezer burnt, I had to pull all the chicken off to eat the sandwich other wise I feel like I would gag. Plus the chips taste stale.

Panera is not what it once was. The sandwich was 5 out of 10; soup was good. The carpet looks like it was not vacuumed from the night before and every table was dirty with crumbs as well as chocolate chunks stuck to them. Seems like a common occurrence. Of course there is a spray bottle and rag above the trash can, so maybe you are supposed to bus your own table and wash your table.

Disappointed. Place was dirty. Not one clean table on a Wed evening other than the 8 person banquet table by the fireplace. We wiped it down upon our departure. No plans to return to this location.

Ordered a sandwich, asked to add avocado and was told by the cashier it wasn't possible. Checked online order, because I was pretty sure I've done it before, and sure enough there was an option to add avocado.
