Papa Johns Pizza

Terrible customer service. I had an order delivered. It was supposed to be delivered at 6:15. Nobody rang the doorbell or nothing so I sat outside for 45 minutes and got cold. I called the store to let them know and they said there’s nothing we can do about that DoorDash delivered that like well. DoorDash said to contact you guys The girl was so rude and was like well. The best I can do is give you a 50% refund and then hung up on me so then I called back. She’s trying to make excuses for being busy and then was like the refund will be on your card. I won’t be back.

It should be stated before I can confirm my order that your handing off my order to "door dash"! She sat in boondocks parking lot for 25 min before finally deciding to drive another 10 minutes to deliver it! Papa you have went down hill.

They delivered my pizza to the wrong house and then were all pissy with me that it was my fault

Tired of giving bad reviews. It’s becoming painful, but so is our food. Sent me two of the most hein, overcooked, half booty pizzas I’ve ever seen in my life. Been eating papa johns since I was 12. Ya’ll trash.

This store was super accommodating when I had issues with cheese on one of the pizzas I ordered. Went above what they had to to make it a good experience.

It’s usually either the sauce or the crust that make a pizza good, great or bad. In this case I’d say it’s the crust… but the sauce is good too. Not great…but good. The amount of toppings they put on their pizzas is about average. Their wings are excellent. Their order accuracy is perfect and they make their pizzas fast. Their service is very good.
Overall, they are a very good choice for a quick inexpensive pizza, but if I want something better, I’m prepared to pay a little more and wait a little longer.

Pizza was lousy. On a mushroom and olive pizza there were hardly any of each of those toppings

The staff is helpful, but they didn't have what I was looking for. Great variety!

Unfortunately, the commercials are deceiving they make it look like there are a lot of toppings, but that's not the case if you buy a pizza.
I'll start by saying that the new NY style pizza commercial looked good, so I thought I would try it. Sadly, the toppings were minimal at best. I was expecting something a lot better . I'm not really big on sauce and my fault for not asking for light sauce, but I feel like there was way too much to begin with. I can't say I'll go back.

I basically threw 12 bucks out the window cause of this place...I knew I should have gotten papa murphys. My "keto" style pizza *crustless* was paper thin.. you lift up a Pepperoni and there's the bottom of the tray... I wouldn't suggest getting one of those from here, just save yourself the money and if you want to actually be full, go to papa murphys.

Good food

Papa John's used to be good. Their quality has taken a nose dive. Their pizza tastes like frozen pizza just reheated. If you think about it, their pizza is flimsy, bland and actually pretty much sucks. Oh, and they are insanely overpriced.And the staff at these stores!! Where do they pick these people up from? They are slow, clueless and obviously hate their job and the customer. If you go in one day and come back the next, the staff and manager of the day has probably changed. Customer service is non existent.There are so many other choices to go for pizza. We are done with PJ's. We will go somewhere else from now on. You should too!
