Today, I made an online purchase for 1 large size chicken garlic pizza to pick up and an order of cheesy bread with 2 ranch packets.

Upon arrival advised the clerk I needed to pay for the order. As I paid, the clerk retrieved my pizza.

I asked where the rest of my order was. He pointed. The cheesy bread is apparently kept in a cooler.
Across the room.

I proceeded to walk the 5-6 steps to the cooler.
Something he apparently couldn’t make the effort to do.

He also began telling me about the ranch packets only now my back is turned to him and I’m trying to locate my bread.

I could see what appeared to be containers similar to what places of business use for dipping sauce on the shelf adjacent to the cheesy bread. I was surprised when I took two out they were red sauce not ranch and turned to ask the clerk and they fell to the floor splattering everywhere.

My hands have the pizza. Now I’m supposed to juggle that and open the cooler for the cheesy bread and apparently the ranch isn’t stored by the red sauce in the cooler… it’s at the counter where I paid for my pizza… the clerk couldn’t be bothered to get that either. He would have had to actually move his arm.

Exactly what is it that your employee’s expect to be tipped for?

I was literally asked to tip them while I was the one that made the order, drive to the location and had to wander around the establishment gathering the order myself.

Here’s some feedback.

Your customers don’t work there.

Pull your shit together and get your customers order gathered into 1 place for them.

Without expectation of EXTRA MONEY.

A tip is EARNED FOR ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Customers are not responsible for automatically padding your employees paychecks with tips. Get over it.

The food was great. The food I paid for. The food I picked up. The food I baked and served to my family.

And as info for the general public. This feedback I am providing? It’s a link I was sent to as a REQUIREMENT by the company to receive a $3 discount on my next pre-selected order.

Disappointed. Green onions are not green bell peppers, but literally more than half the time I order pizza I get green bell peppers when I ordered green onions - two completely different vegetables. I’ve ordered a lot of pizzas and that’s a lot of wrong pizzas. Train the staff to know the difference. This is ridiculous!!!!
