Saw a review here that said "best burger in town" so I had to go check it out...I was not disappointed! Probably not only the Best Burger in Meridian I've ever had, but probably the whole Treasure Valley! Not only was the food amazing, it has a great atmosphere and super friendly staff. I can not recommend this place more! Going for the second day in a row because I need more!

Pauly's is a perfect dive bar. I say dive bar with love; it is my favorite kind of bar. It felt welcoming with a great vibe--the perfect place to go on a rainy day and meet up with your bar buddies. The night we were there, we were meeting friends for dinner. We had looked online ahead of time and decided there would be something for everyone. It turns out there were no menus and only two choices for any food, and I think it was barbecue chicken or mac & cheese? Anyway, we were disappointed but ended up staying for the live music and a couple more drinks. We never had dinner, and that was fine. It was fun. The bartender/server was friendly and efficient. She was the only one working, and she did a great job of keeping up. I had a feeling that there are a lot of regulars that go there, which is great. I wish I lived closer.

Dont go on a late saturday night.. yikes what chaosDont expect much from the staff either. More interested in closing earlier than website claims than anything else.Watched another group come in, wait and leave without so much as a glance from staff. The regulars were happy.. thats the only positive thing i can say

Lunch date with my hubby. We decided to check out Pauly's. Located downtown Meridian. Medium size bar. Decorated great. We meet the owner - very sweet lady. Food was delicious. Husband had a Black & Bleu hamburger with fries. Hamburger had a big thick juicy patty. I had a French Dip with onion rings. Tons of roast beef smothered with melted Swiss cheese. So yummy. Onion rings cooked to perfection. Nice portions and price is great. Definitely will go back.
one snowy night it was the only place serve burgers still open around the meridian area. My wife was craving a burger with onion rings. I called in and ordered her the caramelized bacon burger with mushrooms. She said it was one of the best burgers she has ever had. I've ordered that same burger with onion rings about 3 more times since. Very friendly staff as well.

Pauly's has officially landed on my list of favorite Treasure Valley dive bars. The drinks, the food and the vibe are all totally up my alley. And let me tell ya, this place and it's patrons know how to have a damn good time. After freezing our asses off at the Meridian Christmas parade my friends and I strolled into Pauly's and were greeted by the friendliest servers who immediately took our drink orders. They aren't stingy with their booze. My Tanqueray and Tonic ($5.50) was STRONG AF. Everyone else I was with enjoyed their drinks. For food, I got myself a basket of Finger Steaks and Fries ($12.95). Holy s*** this is exactly was my cold and drunk a** needed this Friday night. I enjoyed the whole thing and practically inhaled it unregretfully. The basket came with three sauces, ranch, fry sauce and horseradish ketchup (?). They were all amazing. The finger steaks themselves were delicious, not chewy whatsoever and perfectly fried. Fries were A1 as well. As it was Friday, we got to enjoy some fabulous karaoke. While I didn't participate it was so fun watching people stumble upstage and sing with so much power and might. SUCH A GOOD TIME!!! I would definitely return to Pauly's and recommend it to anyone. One of my new faves in downtown Meridian!

I have never felt so welcomed in a new bar before! This place is full of strong drinks, friendly customers, and amazing staff! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! The daytime crowd is my kind of people❤❤❤

We got left behind, walked by, went in. Pauly gave me a discount on my drink, as I was wearing a KISS shirt. My husband asked if we could charge my phone. Pauly sent him to the sticker outlet. Classic! The phone rang, I said to hubby, "Your sister is calling every bar..." Pauly turned around with a huge grin on his face. We were strangers and treated like family. Highly reccomend!
