Just received my order via Delivery (Online) and after 1hr+ wait (Which is easy to overlook if everything else is good!) and got a pizza with the wrong crust. I always order Pan as I find the hand-tossed from this franchise unappealing sadly. The manager informed us that the hand tossed is all they had! I stated that if I would've know that, I wouldn't have ordered.

First, I ordered online and scheduled a delivery time. The pizza showed up an hour early and was in a pile in the bottom of the box. Not pleased.
