Called for pizza. Gave the dude my credit card # twice. Knew it was good. He said it wasn't. Gave him my debit card. Knew that was good. He said it wasn't. Fine. Went elsewhere. It's just pizza. Next place I called took my card. Checked my account and had three charges to Pizza Hut. Called them and told the dude and he told me not to worry. The charges were pending. Told him if I got charged for $90 of pizza I never received I'd be in tomorrow and he and I could chat first hand along with his manager. Then he hung up on me. Again, it's just pizza. Hang up on me man? Will Never. Ever. Order from this Pizza Hut again.

So I called this Pizza Hut, and the manager answered I gave him the address and he told me they didn’t deliver to my house. Then my girl called back 20 minutes later gave him the same address and then they were able to deliver to my house. I didn’t wanna say anything till I got the food once I got the food I called there and asked him what happened. He said he made a mistake and then he told me he didn’t talk to my girl. I said I recognize your voice. He said OK I said ask him tell me I’m lying. Did you talk to my girl or not? He goes OK I said OK five times like basically had to tell him that I’m gonna talk to the gym in the morning hands-down with the worst customer service I’ve ever had will not be going there and I suggest no one call this Pizza Hut in Idaho It is one thing to be incompetent. It’s another thing to lie to the customer and I’m looking forward to the GM contacting me if I was the GM I would not want to speak with me.

Cleanest pizza hut in the area! Ali and Kristen have the best customer service skills. No doubt the drivers are courteous and fast. The cooks and csr's are one of a kind, especially that Sam fella. The pizzas come out of the oven looking B.E.A.- Utiful! Can't go wrong eating here!

I've had nothing but good experiences at this location... until today... I placed my order for two medium pizzas and breadsticks online, went in to pick it up and noticed that one of the pizzas was smaller than the other. I very politely pointed it out to the young man at the counter and he was great. He agreed with me and went back to see what happened. All of a sudden, a women (who I believe is the manager) came darting up front with a hell of an attitude to tell me that I was wrong because "all of the pizzas are made in the same pan". She was so unnecessarily mean about it. Even the check out guy agreed with me, and then I went home and measured it... and I was correct. The pizza was smaller than the other. It's beyond unacceptable that the manager had the worst customer service skills out of everyone in the building. Do better.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in a few years and decided to have a large 3 topping and 4 boneless wings delivered.
This place got real nasty in those years. The taste was completely different. The crust was mushy, the cheese was not quality. The wings were tiny. It'll be several more years before I reorder from PH.

I’m within five minutes from this location, twice I’ve ordered in the last year and twice the pizza arrives cool to the touch and DEAD as edible food. Tonight’s order I tracked the delivery driver and they went way away from my house to deliver two other deliveries prior to mine. The food handling and safety issues this presents are entirely unacceptable. Do not do delivery from this location! There’s a domino delivery that sends one order at a time and it is HOT every time!
Pizza Hut; food safety guidelines dictate food offered between 45 & 145 Fahrenheit is not acceptable for human consumption. That is where food borne pathogens grow and propagate. Get your act together and discontinue the practice of sending multiple orders out. It enhances your liability and diminishes your brand integrity.

There was an issue with my order that I made online, and they called me immediately to fix it. Casey helped me out and ended up helping me pick a pretty fantastic replacement for the pizza that got mixed up. These guys are pretty great.
