I wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by a (female) staff member on Thursday, Feb 1st between 1 and 2pm. She displayed remarkable customer service skills and appeared to be the only one working during that time. She went above and beyond. She was even kind enough to bring my food to my car. I definitely will be back!

Cold food, prepared wrong and no offer to fix it.UPDATE Manager found out about this and credited our account and gave us a free pizza. Good on you Pizza Hut, thank you ALEXANDRA HAMACK... Excellent manager and proactive. Wish everyone was like this. Thats how we were raised to deal with mistakes, acknowledge it, own it, and fix it!Keep up the good work!!!

Henry @#150 just delivered my pizza and 2 bottles of pepsi,. What a rockstar. Pizza hot, plus paper plates!? and napkins?! Pepsi was ice cold. Perfect. Above & beyond any other pizza delivery. 3 adults and 3 young adult PC gamers here, we can do some pizza, so we're going to keep hitting the hut. Delivery instructions = Drive Safe everyone.

We ordered a big pizza box today for delivery to my daughter's work. We got a door dash text saying it had been delivered. My daughter called stating it hadn't been delivered. I called Pizza Hut and talked to the associate who answered. The driver never brought the pizza back. She called her manager who had her get the order remade and delivered the new pizza box. Not sure what happened to the first order but they made it right and that was greatly appreciated.
We had it delivered. It was hot and just what we ordered. Perfect service and product!

Interesting experience. Pizza was decent but they forgot to cut it. About a pound of pineapple on each slice too. I want whatever they were smoking when they made this.

I normally love pizza hut, their amazing crust, and have really enjoyed that they brought back The Big New Yorker. However, I had a really frustrating experience today, where I ordered The Big New Yorker, and it came with no pepperoni. It also got raised in price by two dollars since they reintroduced it in February. I regret 18 dollars for a cheese pizza that absolutely didn't hit the spot. The last two times I ordered this item, I did not need to specify that I wanted pepperoni on it. That's basically the point of this pizza. So to pay more for less while seemingly ordering the exact same thing really sucks ass
