I ordered a pizza at 4pm on line, the tracking system said it would be here at 440pm, at 540pm I called the shop. They informed me that they had no drivers and would have to door dash my pizza and it would be another 30 minuts it's 6pm and I'm still waiting for a pizza I ordered 2hour ago?

After tonight i remembered why i stopped ordering from Pizza Hut. placed an order online and was given a estimated delivery time of 558 pm. At 6:09 i called to check on the status of our pizza, i was informed that they only had one driver available and he was not back yet, and if he was not back shortly a third-party delivery service would take over. 35 minutes later our pizza showed up, it was room temperature at best i tried calling twice with no answer either time. This is the last time Pizza Hut gets my business, and I'll be sure to tell all my friends and family to seek their pizza needs elsewhere.

Very disappointing and disgusting when it’s an hour + late for delivery. I’m not going to eat a pizza and cardboard casserole. Not ordering from the “hut” anymore.

No Longer Ordering From This Store / Pizza Hut. I have recently been ordering Pizza Hut to try something different and it’s been a nice change from some other chains. I have ordered to the same address the whole time. This last experience has left me wasting my time with an employee calling me a liar. I called in because my order which was placed at 7:48pm, wasn’t “picked up by 3rd party driver” until 8:37pm. Finally called again at 9:24pm, they apologized I was very patient. Whether it was a refund or they just got the food delivered I was fine to wait we came to the conclusion door dash mush have lose the food or delivered to the wrong place. (I’ll not I’ve used the same address through the app which it’s automatically saved so it hasn’t changed and always gotten my food). They sent the actual Pizza Hut delivery driver to my house and I didn’t receive a call till 10:03 that he claimed to have waiting outside my apartment knocking. Me and my roomate have been home waiting and present regularly checking the front door waiting. At this point I am no longer hungry and just frustrated. Nonetheless if they went to the wrong spot or there was some error I was ok with that I can understand it’s dark outside and might be hard to find the right spot but then the “shift lead” gives the phone to the driver and he attacks me and says he waited outside and says I wouldn’t come out to collect my food. Says I just want to get more food for free. (It was literally just 2 orders of breadsticks). Previously on the phone I was ok with a refund because it’s late and I was no longer hungry but it seemed like because of them using the door dash driver that it would be a hassle and complicated process to issue a refund so I was okay with the remake and delivery. Now I’m sitting in my living room like an idiot and it’s been over 2 and a half hours no food and I’m being called a liar with a deliver driver getting frustrated with me when I am just tying to get my breadsticks or a refund because I’ve been more than patient and understanding. I will not deal with this again I’ll go with the dominos that never seems to get my order wrong or delivered late / having to use 3rd party drivers.

Ordered twice one pick up and one delivery. Both times they've been amazing. Apparently they're no longer doing the donuts anymore. They swapped it out for a brownie no extra charge! So sweet and thoughtful! Thank you! When we ordered delivery they were early which was awesome for a Saturday night!!! Definitely will keep ordering from here!!! Best pizza hut experience ever!

Absolutely the worst tasting pizza we have ever had made at a pizza hut. We ordered from them this one last night. It was ordered by my spouse Michele Benner. It Absolutely had no taste on either of the pizzas. It was like eating cardboard. Little cedars is better than what we had last night and would of been a fraction of the price. It was two different types of pizza. Definitely will not eat from this location again. Hardly any toppings and the sauce was at a bare minimum.

Tried ordering A pizza tonight for delivery and was automatically assumed for being a prank caller. When asked to speak to the manager, the manager was super rude and accused me of being a numerous prank caller, that has been calling for the past hour and an half. Also apparently had my “numbers” written down? This is my first time trying to order from this location. I kept calling them thinking I was being pranked ? Overall, will never give them my money or time again. Very unprofessional and seemed like they used this “prank call” as an excuse to not work.

Went in yesterday to get some pizza for pi day, ordered a large Hawaiian and a large meat lovers. Notably busy for the time and day. Normal wait time for pizzas, check on them Hawaiian is good meat lovers is missing half the toppings, take it back inside they remake it with free stuffed crust cool, notable wait time for remake, get home with pizza assuming it couldn’t possible be wrong a second time, still missing one topping… sad to get home with one colder pizza and one pizza without my topping. Mildly disappointing but it is what it is, I also didn’t see a single employee wearing gloves nor did I witness a hand washing the 40 minutes I was inside. Very friendly folks tho.
