Pizza Hut now uses door dash and the service is horrible. The delivery times are never correct and the food is cold. I will stop ordering delivery since the service has gotten so bad.

Now that company set up deliveries through door dash, service is terrible. Entered all address information through pizza hut app but doesn't give all information to doordash. Now, instead of getting order in a reasonable amount of time, the food is cold. Stated 35-45 minutes. Been over an hour now. Why the delivery fee that goes to the location if service is going to take this long? Would have picked up on my own if not watching grandkids.

Got food poisoning from here after ordering pizza yesterday. Our entire family is very sick!!! Make sure the food is properly cooked because one pizza was barely done... NEVER EVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!!

Normally I have had good service at this location. Yesterday the service was horrible and the so called manager was rude and unhelpful. I ordered 2 pizzas online the order wouldn’t go through and then it did. I was curious why the cost was so high I received 4 pizzas on a website glitch. When I called the manager was rude and dismissive and when I proceeded to say it was a website problem he continued to do nothing to help me and proceeded to say it was his store and my problem. He is basically taking money he didn’t earn and won’t resolve the issue. I will never be ordering from this location again.

Kay is the best assistant store manager in the world my DoorDash driver called me and told me my food wasn’t in there system to call DoorDash and get a refund instead I called Pizza Hut and I told Kay what happened and she was super nice and instantly got a refund started and a new pizza sent out me and she deserves a raise

Had a pizza delivered to our hotel and this has to be the worst pizza we've ever had. Undercooked, wrong pizza crust and missing toppings. It tastes so bad. I think we will be done with pizza hut from this point on.
We love Pizza Hut and always our go to place but this last time it was not good. The pizza tasted old and tasted like it had sat in the box all day. It tasted and smelled like the cardboard box it came in. We we were not happy.

First, the negative. I only ordered 2 orders of boneless wings - one with honey bbq and the other with mild buffalo. They were ok, but just didn't have nearly enough sauce on them. It's been quite awhile since I last ordered wings here, so I don't know if this is standard now (they've cut back on amt) or if it was just this time. Regardless, the sauce is a really important part to be lacking. But the positives - it was Super Bowl Sunday and they were very busy. It seemed to me that the young man at the counter was new. But he was very nice, and the manager on duty was really keeping things moving along, helping the guy at the counter (in positive ways) and the people in back that were making pizza, and complementing his staff on how well they were doing on the pizzas - making for an incredibly positive atmosphere for customers and employees alike, without seeming to be frenzied at all.

Joshua is the best team member I have ever had the pleasure of ordering with, was very nice and thoughtful and kept the atmosphere joyful. Tables and floor were clean, the food was fresh and hot when we received it and was quite lovely. 10/10 experience, recommend this pizza place over any other.
I will give you zero stars, Bad customer service really rude people, We order pizza, buffalo wings breast sticks, And cheesy bread we didn’t get the order complete, We call back and they refuse to talk to us. They disconnect the phones instead of a facing the customers or helping customers., I will not recommend you and I will not buy from you anymore.
