The good - got food, eventually. The bad - took an hour to get two chicken sandwiches, paid for two large red beans and rice and got two small red beans and rice. Attitude. Lazy staff. It’s impressive that the staff working tonight was this incompetent. Tf you doin to make it take an hour, finding a chicken?

I normally drive out of my way to this location because they usually do better than the Boise Fairview store but today it was just disappointing. The sandwich I ordered was classic instead of spicy and the pickles were not removed. The Strawberry Fanta was just pink soda water. No sauces were included for the tender and no utensils for the mashed potatoes. The staff was nice but that's about it.

So I do luv my Popeys but on this visit I was disappointed. My children was dry and my sides were baked from being in the warmer for so long. The worst part was, the price is getting expensive and the portions seem to be getting smaller. My red beans n rice large side was down over an inch from the top. Just disappointed in this visit

The manager who attended to us is very rude!!! We went with my children and we paid for mild chicken and it was spicy, after we took it to our table we realized that it was spicy, so I told my husband to make him change it, when he went to the woman who spoke (Spanish) He told him that he had asked like that and my husband told him no! He ordered the mild without spicy as we always order so he called my husband “Liar” accusing him that he was lying. Then I got up upset and told her that we never ordered so I wanted my refund and she said that she was going to give me a refund but only for the chicken which was fine, and suddenly she started to get upset and told me that it's better not for me. give anything, I told her that she is a talker and that she is the liar shortly after she called me a bitch. These types of people should not work providing service to people, because they do not control their character.
Surely it was released from the asylum
But sulfuric people shouldn't even be employed!
In the end I was left without food and without my money that I paid here.

Why does this Popeyes close at 11pm but always tell everyone they can't serve us every on the menu at 10pm? That's a whole hour. On top of it the people that work there are all jerks.

This chicken is absolutely the best, the sides are great as well. I must have gotten the last of the Mac and cheese because I got two tubs of solid burnt dried cheese with very little mac. Please discard the old stuff and don’t serve it as your prices are high enough to purchase more.
