They literally told me they do not do rice and beans so they do potatoes. This is the most un Mexican thing I’ve ever seen. I would not consider this true or even close to authentic Mexican food.

I want to give them a one-star because they aren't open all the time. Seriously the best Mexican in the area! A bit greasy but SOO much flavor! I highly recommend the carna asada quesadilla. The burritos are very large and filling. The prices are great! Seriously you need to give it a try!

Our Carne Asada Burritos were super good. It tasted very fresh. My only small piece of feedback would be to serve namebrand soda instead of offbrand. We will definitely be going back.

Pops has the best street tacos in the treasure valley by far!! They have such a great work force and are always so kind. They take pride in the food they make which is so rare to come by now days. If you have the chance to try them out, I strongly recommend you do!

Best burrito in town. I would love some bacon in there also, but the flavor was spot on. I could eat another one if it didn't fill me up. Carne asada was very soft. Thank you
One of the top taco places in Treasure Valley, chorizo and chorizo con papas are to die for! They are well served too, with two tortillas as every taco requires. Salsas have great flavor, both green and red.
Horchata is also amazing.
Staff is super friendly, definitely coming back!
