We tried this place as a family, and found it to be fairly decent. The food is tasty, but not to the same quality as other ramen places in the valley. We ordered some edamame as an appetizer and it tasted like it had been microwaved several times (very limp and mushy), which was disappointing. The broth for the ramen is very good, the staff was friendly, and the prices are very decent, but I don't think I will be a repeat customer.

Chicken and snow peas was delicious! Orange chicken was really strange looking (soggy and off colored) and not good. The ramen was ok depending on what your expectations are (if you've never had REALLY good/authentic ramen before, you'll probably like it). 2 employees were running the entire front of house and were working hard to take care of everyone but with that said, service could have been better if they were staffed appropriately

Food was delicious, just a tad salty for my taste. Service was good.
The only reason for three stars were menu stating entrees come with white rice. When I inquired about white rice I was told it doesn’t come with the entree. I included a picture of the menu that states otherwise. Owners and managers need to update their menu. I feel it’s false advertisement.
Parking: Plenty of parking on Saturday afternoon.

We've eaten here 3 times and wait times have always been long. Beware you may have to wait quite awhile - for dine in OR for pick up. Doesn't matter. Tonight, we ordered two entrees for pick up and waited 75 minutes for our food - on a Tuesday. Ramen is fantastic. Fried rice entree is amazing. The curry rice noodle entree is not good - zero sauce, very very dry. It is more like a curry "rub" on noodles...They do accommodate special requests well. If they hired more staff it would be a huge help.

First Time at Ramen House but not going to be the last.
Waitress was so very nice and kind and the food came out in a timely manner.
We Ordered:
1. Creamy Chicken Ramen
Chicken broth, grilled chicken breasts, seasoned egg, kuro mushrooms, green onions, and roasted seaweed. The chicken was so tender and with the broth was delicious. Mom doesn't like egg so I ate the egg and it was a dang perfect egg!!
2. House Special Yakisoba
Yakisoba noodles stir-fried with your choice of protein (chicken, pork, beef, or jumbo/baby shrimp) or vegetables with snow peas, cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts and onions. A lady sitting at the next table asked us if we had ever had the Yakisoba and we told her no and she recommended it. So I ordered this with. the chicken. Mmmmmmmmm it was very tasty. Loved it.
3. Crab Rangoons
Very good ratio of the crab and cream cheese in the filling. The sweet and sour sauce they served with it for dipping was also good.
Out of the two dishes I really liked the ramen the best. Just melted in your mouth.
We will go again and I recommend.

I went for the first time last week. Since then I've been back twice. I love the chicken curry ramen, so that's what I've gotten each time. You can't go wrong. The service was quick and the people are very nice. I saw a lot of people having other dishes and many left with Togo boxes because the amount of food you get is huge. I plan on going again tomorrow. I've been to a number of ramen places in Boise/Meridian and this is now my favorite. Highly recommended! Try them out and let me know what you think.

I'm hooked
Anyone who knows what good ramen is knows this isn't it. Our ramen was bland, lacking flavor. Pork had no flavor and overcooked. Eggs were way overcooked.
Edamame was way overcooked and mushy, when it should be crisp and fresh tasting.
They failed to add the extra items we ordered in one of our bowls.
Ridiculous this place has such a high Google rating, but that's the case with most Meridian restaurants.

Sorry to say this place missed the mark for me. The ramen was meh; I couldn't bring myself to even finish it.

Fried rice was very salty and the orange chicken didn’t really have much of an orange flavor. This was an expensive and disappointing meal.

I love this place. Great soup. Great fried rice. Still now is one of the best restaurants in my opinion.
