I'm from Texas and this is honestly the BEST brisket I've had in the state of Idaho and I've been here side 2007. We booked this vendor to come out for our employees to purchase lunch from. Jason was so nice and easy to work with. They got the orders out quickly and had a nice variety of options.

We used She’s Smokin bbq for our daughter’s rehearsal dinner and it was a huge hit! I honestly can’t say enough great things about the owner and staff! They were very accommodating and friendly which is a definite plus, with that said I’m going to move on to the food! Wow, it was amazing! Guests are still raving about how yummy everything was. The brisket tacos were the best I’ve ever had and I heard multiple people say the same thing. The bbq sandwiches were also very very good, my tastebuds are going crazy right now just thinking about the food. You have to try the chickles, I’ve never had them before but now I’ll always order them. We had about 90 guests and no one walked away hungry! I would highly recommend this place for your next event!

The food here is incredible! The “Shr-aco” may not always be in the menu but when it is DO IT!! If you like BBQ, tacos, and a great environment then you will fall in love with this place like I did! Bonus: my kids loved it and I had to go back and order more!
