Don’t go here yet. They are working out the bugs. Will update my review after another visit probably in 6 months. Was there 3 hours and didn’t get full during a.y.c.e. Not because the food wasn’t good they had one chef leave for lunch just as we got there at 3. Ordered appetizers then waited over 2 hours just to take our real order.
Witnessed 8 couples walk out because of the wait. Expensive lunch for the chef and the business. A 1.5 hour lunch break with customers waiting.

All you can eat is always fun. The sushi was pretty good. I liked that their roles were all just the same thing over and over. Small location but that’s fine. Way better than Sushi Ya but not even close to Yoi tomo.

Would not recommend. Waited nearly an hour just for some appetizers (that were forgotten about once) and some drinks. The sushi was also just not good :( service is really unorganized and slow. We wanted to do AYCE but with how long it took we just paid for what we got and left. Don’t think we’ll come back!

Great sushi. Very reasonable pricing. All you can eat option is cool. Loved all the sushi we tried. Even the deep fried sushi was fun and excellent

Went for the AYCE lunch special. Great service, sushi was good and the appetizers were made fresh to order. I highly recommend the gyoza it's some of the best I've had.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and given a place to sit, service was fast and the food was great! I got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and it was delicious, with its rich broth and savory pork overall I’d give it a 9 out of 10, service was great to, the waitress checked in frequently to ask if the food was good, if there was as anything else I needed and so forth without “overdoing it” will be coming in again for sure!

Sushi was flavorless, all the rolls tasted the same. All bland or just Sriracha flavored. Was nice that some of the other things.
Were included on all you can eat. But over all The sushi was mediocre at best. Shiges will be greatly missed.

Im sad to see Shige is gone, I loved their saketinis!
The service at Yume was awful, unfortunately. A table that was sat 10/15 minutes after us had their entrees before any of our food came out. We ordered gyoza, my date ordered a roll and I ordered ramen. The ramen came out and that was it. One entree. No appetizer. So we waited 10 more minutes before realizing it had been an hour, then we left.

Tonkotsu Perfection!
This bowl surprised me in all the best ways — rich, creamy broth with real depth (not the salty fake stuff), perfectly cooked noodles, and tender pork that actually melts, not chews. You can tell they care about balance here — every bite hits comfort mode without being heavy.
The vibe? Cozy, calm, and kind of nostalgic with that soft sushi bar glow in the background. Exactly the kind of spot you want to stumble into on a chilly night and not leave until your bowl’s empty.
Highly recommend this Tonkotsu — hands down one of the best I’ve had in Idaho.

Food was great. Their chicken karaage was especially good having a great texture and juicy chicken. Our favorite roll we tried waa the Seared Treasury Roll.

Had a great meal at Yume. Service was AWESOME. The staff really went above and beyond. The sushi was really good, and made with care. I had the All you can eat. Fairly standard all you can eat type menu. The nigiri cuts were nice. Fish quality seemed good. I’m deff a bit of an AYCE aficionado, and this place pulls its weight for sure. Ray, the sushi chef, was quick, attentive and super friendly. Highly recommend.

New owners, great food!! They have the boats going. They have added an all you can eat. The new owners are very friendly, and accommodating. The food is very fresh & authentic. Very clean inside. They changed the name to Yume Japanese Cuisine. Highly recommend this restaurant
