We came in with high hopes, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. During our all-you-can-eat visit, we waited nearly 2 hours to receive just 4 rolls. Orders were limited to 2 rolls at a time, each with only 6–8 pieces, which made the meal feel very slow.

Several things were unavailable during our visit. They were out of salmon, eventually ran out of cooked rice, and the soda machine was not working, so drinks were served from bottled soda instead. When the sushi arrived, the rolls were very small, with minimal rice and filling, and did not feel like a good value for AYCE.

Our waitress was kind and did her best to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations and left us feeling disappointed.

We hope this feedback is helpful for improvement.

Gyoza was delicious especially with its sauce
Karaage crust had a nice crunch to it but not at juicy and tender as I would like but would definitely get again
The tamago nigiri was fantastic
Tonkotsu ramen good size, great noodles however the broth was good but had a little to much pork funk for my liking
Look forward to tying the shoyu ramen next

Do not recommend. I am not a picky person when it comes to eating out because I’m always excited to not have to cook but this food WAS NOT good. There was one blonde lady at the front who was really nice and trying to help but the main lady serving our table was incredibly rude. She was asking the people at our table if they wanted more sushi rolls (we did all you can eat) and myself and my husband were still waiting for our first roll. It took 25 minutes from when they started bringing out food to bring our rolls so everyone else had already eaten. My husband started to say he was still waiting for his first roll and she put her hand out and said she already knows he is waiting for his first roll in a snappy way. I ordered 3 rolls and none of them were good (they were comparable to gas station sushi). The miso was good and the seaweed salad was edible but unfortunately everything else we had was not worth what we paid for it. We won’t be returning and will not be recommending this restaurant to any of our friends or family.

Had all you can eat here recently. At first the service was good, but then later it felt like the staff were getting annoyed because I was ordering a lot and taking a long time to eat. But the food was good, solid sushi, and a good price.

Don’t go here yet. They are working out the bugs. Will update my review after another visit probably in 6 months. Was there 3 hours and didn’t get full during a.y.c.e. Not because the food wasn’t good they had one chef leave for lunch just as we got there at 3. Ordered appetizers then waited over 2 hours just to take our real order.

Witnessed 8 couples walk out because of the wait. Expensive lunch for the chef and the business. A 1.5 hour lunch break with customers waiting.

All you can eat is always fun. The sushi was pretty good. I liked that their roles were all just the same thing over and over. Small location but that’s fine. Way better than Sushi Ya but not even close to Yoi tomo.

Would not recommend. Waited nearly an hour just for some appetizers (that were forgotten about once) and some drinks. The sushi was also just not good :( service is really unorganized and slow. We wanted to do AYCE but with how long it took we just paid for what we got and left. Don’t think we’ll come back!

Great sushi. Very reasonable pricing. All you can eat option is cool. Loved all the sushi we tried. Even the deep fried sushi was fun and excellent

Went for the AYCE lunch special. Great service, sushi was good and the appetizers were made fresh to order. I highly recommend the gyoza it's some of the best I've had.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and given a place to sit, service was fast and the food was great! I got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and it was delicious, with its rich broth and savory pork overall I’d give it a 9 out of 10, service was great to, the waitress checked in frequently to ask if the food was good, if there was as anything else I needed and so forth without “overdoing it” will be coming in again for sure!

Sushi was flavorless, all the rolls tasted the same. All bland or just Sriracha flavored. Was nice that some of the other things.
Were included on all you can eat. But over all The sushi was mediocre at best. Shiges will be greatly missed.
