Went here with a friend to try a new restaurant. Did not disappoint. The atmosphere was amazing and the employees were very friendly, all of them greeting you at once, loved it! The food was amazing! I loved the logo on the bun and the burger I got was fantastic. It was on the larger side, but I shared so it wasn't too bad, although I kind of wish it came with fries. Fantastic, would recommend and hopefully I will go there again!

Really busy but a great burger restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Saw a birthday celebration when there and will be going back for the next kids birthday.
Evan was super pushy about how we were ordering our burgers and made fun of me for trying to order the not so whimpie burger. I like what I like and have food allergies. I said no onions please and my burger came out with tons of them. It was in sauce undisclosed on menu. He also made my wife uncomfortable when he said that I already tipped so she didn’t have to when she bought a shake separately. Have to pay at table while they stand over you. April was better about my burger and remade it he walked away with the first one after my disdain. Then said he apologized as he walked away. Very overpriced. Music wayyy too loud. I had a much longer review but had to simplify it per google character limit exceeded. April took food allergies seriously. He kept trying to steer me away from the not so whimpy burger saying he’d have some words for me. Took 15ish mins to get water etc. not a good experience. Was our first and last visit. And he kept giving me pushback about me wanting to take specific items off burger or wanting them on the side and he did the same thing with my wife. Burgers don’t come with fries either. Candied bacon was almost raw not crunchy. Burger had a lot of pink should’ve asked for it well done. See photo of whiskey bacon burger with tons of small onions when I said no onions due to food allergies. I will say thanks to April for re making it and being so kind.

If there were 6 stars this place would get it!! Both times have been wonderful, absolute 10/10 experiences. The Loco Fries have got to be the best fries ever made, all jokes aside. They are perfect! All the burgers are super unique, but still carry the delicious flavor that comes with being a top-end gourmet burger. The service at this location is also top notch: very attentive waiters, super kind staff, and very quick as well! No complaints at all. The shakes are amazing, it seems to be their big hit sellers. Definitely get one to share, they are big! Definitely will be back!

This place is delicious!!! Best sweet potato fries I've ever had. The burgers are thick and juicy. The shakes are great. I look forward to eating here every time I do, and I've been here several times since my initial poor experience to have my opinion fully changed.
I'm very happy with this franchise and love everything I've eaten. My single only complaint is that I do wish the music was a touch quieter, but overall, this place is a huge win.

It was honestly a terrible disorganized attempt at running a restaurant. I’d have give it zero stars if I could. Initially tables were first come first serve, you had to run your own order to the counter and pay after you were self seated (leaving your table unguarded), no staff oversaw the seating assignments and no waitresses were involved, only bussers clearing tables and hostesses at the door to organize the first come first serve line and direct people not to order food unless they were already seated. If you were there on your own and went to the bathroom you would lose your table. If you went to order, you could lose your table.
Response to the owner reply, from prior management: Your management has since changed the way your seating functions, and as such, I'm amending my review to not include criticism for that section. However, I will leave the following to address the concerns by the staff regarding our disposition at our time of service.
Nobody in my party was rude to anyone in your staff. We kept to ourselves for the duration of our attempt at getting seated, before placing the menu back in the menu holder and leaving. In fact, I believe the only sentences said to your staff was "there aren't any tables" when reminded for the 4th time that we should grab a table when one opens up. -end of reply-

Sid's Garage has an amazing atmosphere from the decor to the music to the staff. When you walk in, the entire staff genuinely welcomes you. And when it comes to the food, if you want an ordinary burger and sides, this is not the place for you! I highly suggest the candied bacon appetizer. The burgers are unique and very tasty. But the real pièce de résistance is their milkshakes. Once again, they are not ordinary by any means. I got the Mile High Club shake, but one really can not go wrong with any of the options they offer!
Good food, Good atmosphere. This place has great tasting burgers, and the selection is not what you normally find. Several different shakes that are basically a full dessert in themselves. Who would think gettting a piece of cake on top of your shake.
