Sad story here. Hate to see them close. We try and go every couple weeks for the past 30 years or so. We used to hit up the Boise location near the mall before they closed in 2019 and had to travel to the Meridian location. I usually ordered the Sizzler w/salad bar and a beer. I've eaten at TR many times and I would put the signiture Sizzler up against TR's sirloin any day. On a couple of occasions, the steak was a little overcooked, and they had no troubles replacing it. You can't get a better variety of food (steak, lobster. chicken, all you can eat shrimp, salad bar, and much more) for the price. One of the last open salad bars around and not just salad - wings, tacos, nachos, soups, and ice cream. I noticed lots of patrons the last couple of weeks now that the word is out. Too bad they couldn't help keep it open when they were struggling. About 100 places around to eat is probably one of the reasons for low traffic.I hope you figure out a way to come back someday. I don't post many reviews, but I should have posted this one earlier. Thanks for the memories, my friends. Cheers!

I would have given this place 5 stars but they have one foot out the door. This specific location was the last in my area and I am sad. Although the prices have gone up like everything else and it's been a while since I've actually eaten at Sizzler, the food is always so good. The salad bar so fresh, and the steaks are always cooked exactly how I like mine. The staff was always moving quickly and was friendly. Sorry to see this place go?

This was one of the worst nights out we ever had at a restaurant. The male who claimed he was the owner was a real treat. I'll use the word treat because I can't use profanity in a review. Terrible food half filled salad bar rude owner, I would never go back there again. This is the kind of store that deserves to go out of business. The employees were nice and understood that their boss was a real... well. treat

The food is always great as you would expect. Let's be honest, there are many places in the valley that you can get good food. But what I appreciate is customer service along with the food itself. And this Sizzler has it figured out. From greeting you as you're walking in or even if you place to go orders, as I do on occasion, I feel like a valued consumer and appreciated. And that makes it easier to stay loyal to them. Well done!! I will be returning soon!! But don't take my word for it, try them yourself... you'll see... I DARE YOU!! ???

The food is good, and the salad bar selection is nice. Our Server was great. Not pushy nor absent. However, I had ordered the table for myself and my mother... a senior. Well, due to something in the system the "Senior Steak" was $3 more than a regular! When the manager came over he said "Everybody's getting a great deal on the steak. We should be charging more!" Which is beside the point and not what you should say to your "Honored Guests" (aka Seniors). He was very dismissive and only changed the price to match the regular steak price rather than what the Senior should be.We won't be back for quite a while....also the ice cream machine sticks. So be careful if you go. That concern was also dismissed.

Ordering is odd. Before you sit down (not seated, you choose) you order your food. This makes sense if it's just the salad bar and a few sides, but they actually have a large menu along with it. It wasn't busy at all when we went so it was easy enough, even for the 6 of us our first time. The kids menu is plain and simple. 4 of us did the smart thing and got the salad bar, and it's great. They have everything you could want on a salad, nachos, taco salad, soups, ice cream. The ribs are actually really good too. Overall I really liked it and will go back. Service and staff were excellent. Price isn't too bad, definitely on the lower end but I feel like the $17 salad bar is a bit too high.

Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu and lower priced kids salad bar.

has always been a favorite pastime restaurant and the food is always delicious and worth the prices. Loved the amber lit vibe inside and always so chill. I always miss the Nampa's sizzler. RIP!

1 person at the front to answer all the senior citizen coupon questions every time I come here. Poorly trained staff that can't get customers seated. Part of the reason why this is the only Sizzler left. I hope they can rectify and bring the quality and service Sizzlers were once known for. Lunch seems to be less chaotic. Salad bar is always consistent.

Chain experience but great for the pocketbook. Senior option of salad, small steak, side, I chose baked potato and the Texas toast. Filling and all for under $14.
