Couldn’t find a name tag sadly but had an awful experience at this location from an older male employee working the drive through late thursday night (11/6). My boyfriend and I couldn’t remember that their “milkshakes” were called BLASTS and he accidentally said mcflurry when ordering and instead of respectfully correcting and educating he immediately went with the response “this isn’t mcdonald’s”. Not to seem like a karen, and being someone in the service industry, I was not pleased and hope that this location management sees this review and spends better time training employees as I will not be back to this location because I don’t need nor want to experience being talked down to by an employee.

out of all of the sonics i have been to this specific location has incredibly rude staff when i was ordering through the drive through the associate was very rude and had an attitude when i asked for a few minutes while i reviewed the menu, and when i pulled up to pay i gave her the exact change and stated i did not give her the correct amount i will not be coming to this location any time soon

I’ve noticed a big improvement lately at this location! The shakes used to be runny and light on flavor, but now they’re thick, creamy, and loaded with toppings—they definitely don’t cheap out anymore. Service is always excellent and very prompt. A much better experience than before—Sonic has stepped it up!
Food's good but the whole 'open 24 hour' thing is misleading. The door is unlocked 'so people can use the bathroom' but they don't take orders in the lobby after midnight. There's no sign indicating such and the guy who told me they don't take orders after midnight literally came into the lobby to tell me that from the kitchen. Put up a sign, lock all of the doors, do something so people don't waste their time. You could have taken my order but chose not to which I found pretty funny, so there's that.

This place honestly has to have the most incompetent people working there. Every single time I order anything from Uber eats or door dash they don’t complete my order. They always forget 1 or 2 items. Every single time without fail. I always have to get it refunded. How hard is it to get an order correct? In the drive through it’s no problem. But anytime when it’s delivery they always mess up the order.

There has DEFINITELY been improvement from the last time I was here. They got my order out quickly and the food tasted GREAT!! I’m glad it’s back to tasting like sonic again. 10/10
